While we are pleased you are happy and satisfied with the superb performance and great earbud build material of these headphones, we are so sorry if it doesn't have a hook apparatus/wing tips and that you are having a comfort issue after using them for a while. The WF-1000XM4 features an Ergonomic surface design and comes with different sizes of earbud tips to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise-canceling experience.
