Best earbuds i have used.

My only complaint is they have no hook apparatus to help them stay in, so it all hangs on by the inner ear material, and it can get a tad bit uncomfterble after a while. I find it a pain to keep track of them as they are small, and I had one run over by a car today. I recommend over the ear if you are getting them for music.

Unbearably annoying notifications

Unless you want a voice in your ear explaining how to check an notification every time you get one. And another voice saying we aren't going bother you untill the next time we decide to bother you at wich point we will repeat the promise not to bother you. If you get a lot of incoming emails and sms or any other notifications it will drive you mad. The only way to prevent is to go airplane mode and just stupid. I dont need a notification while im actively massaging

For Android, look for "Notifications" or "App notifications" and "Notifications" for iOS devices (the exact wording may vary depending on your device). From there, you should see an option to disable notifications. Older devices may not have this feature.

Good earbuds at a cost

My only two complaints is that they can be painful after a short period of time and they can't be used independently if you have Google Assistant activated.

Reasons why your ears hurt when putting on or wearing headphones:
1. You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
2. How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.
Note: You may need to limit your headphone usage.
You can remove one unit of the headset from the charging case and use the unit by itself.
In this case, only the unit that has been removed from the charging case will turn on.
Depending on the assignment of the touch sensors and/or the Voice Assistant setting, you may only be able to use one unit of the headset.
Refer to the following and check the setting in the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
