This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. Despite the problem, we are glad that you love the outstanding sound quality and amazing noise canceling function of these headphones. For your issue, depending on the settings of various functions and the conditions of use, the speed of the battery consumption may vary between the left and right units, but this is not a malfunction. For the battery life, the usage hours may be different depending on the settings and conditions of use.
