Please change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. These comes in various sizes of earbuds. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the earbuds that best fit and wear them correctly for a comfortable listening experience. Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

I have big ears so amy ear plugs can be difficult to work in my ears. However they seemed to work okay. ANC was really good as long as you had a proper seal in the ear. After a few month of owning them they began to have this horriable screeching sound to everything. Especially the highs of volcals it was to entense to deal with. Ultimately I returned them.

When you use the headset while you are walking or running, the sound of vibrations may be heard through your body, but this is due to the characteristics of the product and not a malfunction.
