I love the ability to up the bass/tremble, noise cancellation sounds awesome, i dislike how big they are, and how when putting them on sometimes you press on the middle snd it switches from noisecanceling to ambient sound

The pods are good and silicon meterial is very comfortable the battery live is very good and the spund quality is very precise and loud

I'd originally purchased the Jabra Elite 7 Pro, coming from the superb Elite Active 75t, and ended up bring them back because the call quality was abysmal. These are fantastic headphones hands down. Probably the best of the true wireless market if you're not looking for AirPods. The sound quality, the ANC and the battery life are all top notch. My only major complaint is that due to Sony's design choice you can't control everything from the headphones, you have to choose your functionality. On my old Jabra I could change tracks, volume and control ANC all from the headphones all the time but on these you have to pick 2 of the 3 options. I would say it's more like a 4.5/5 than a full 5 for me because of the one specific functionality choice.

I had just lost my AirPods and thought I’d try something new so I ended up buying these. The sound could be louder and the noise cancellation is great. Only complaint is that even with the different size ear-buds provided, the headphones still fall off, however It could all depend on ones ear shape.

The audio quality is solid and the anc works great. In comparison to airpods pro, they are more flexible with the use of eq. Out of the box, these have more bass in comparison to airpods pro. The fit is hit or miss for each person.

The sound is outstanding and probably top notch for true wireless noise canceling earbuds. However, the app and operation takes some getting use to as there are a lot of mode options, and you'll want to disable the "dinging" notification in your ear or it'll beep at you nonstop. These are not for running or exercise. They're very large, but great for general useage. Recommend Beats for running and athletics + nice, basic operability beacuse I bought a set of those at the same time.

Easy connect and set up. Excellent sound quality!. You can just tap the ear bud for switching between ambient sound and ANC (I can’t hear a thing on ANC), and the battery life is phenomenal.

These are a great sounding pair of wireless buds. If you smaller ears these buds might not have a comfortable fit and hurt your ears but for me i can wear them for hours comfortably. One key feature that i love is the companion app which allows you to customize the sound too your liking.

Absolutely loved them, the noise canceling work great, sound quality was great, making and receiving calls was flawless.. Eventually touch sensor started to wear and then got moisture on tbe charging case and they stopped charging. Total tech took care of it...still very happy

I researched a the Sony and Bose earbuds. While both were highly rated I decided that the brand new Sony had the advantage with new technology, style, durability, sound quality, battery life. I tried both the Sony and Bose and the Sony fit was better and lighter, and more comfortable.

Sony is known for its audio quality, and these headphones are the true definition of it. The fit is good and doesn't pop out quickly, especially during a workout. On a Bike ride, I can't say the same. If I accidentally touch them, then chances are they will get loose and will fall. The audio quality is good, with noticeable bass. Playing music and taking calls hasn't been an issue. What I don't like: 1. Adaptive Sound control is the most annoying feature. Every time I stop and move, it beeps; the only way to stop the beeps is to turn the feature off. 2. Right earpiece is a master; thus, if I want to use only one earpiece, I have to use the right one. Similarly, for calls, only the right earpiece has a mic. 3. Sweatproof, but while placing them back in the case, take extra precautions; otherwise, they won't charge.

These headphones started out being uncomfortable and sounding bad. I've had Sony tip ear buds since 2000. I've heard the upgrades over the years and when I first got these, they sounded so bad that I took them back. I had the 1000MX3 & the 700 somethings, that were water proof and actually sounded better than the MX3. I have the WH-1000MX4 or what ever the exact P/N is, the overheads. These sounded like paper speakers, like bad. I did some research, saw good reviews and was confused, I got a pair of apple pro, bose $350 somethings, and these again. These took about a week to breakin, after that, they were freakin amazing. The pass through is great, way better than any others. The call quality is great also, all the previous WF would amplify the background noise so much that people couldnt hear me. I could hear them great but they just couldnt hear me. I live in Houston's Gallaria, and took a walk during a high traffic time and everyone talking to me for the most part could understand me the whole time. These are a big upgrade, but the breakin period is horrendous. Just be patient and these will come through.

Very full, rich sound. Bass hits when you want it to. The foam ear-pieces are a welcome change from the silicone everyone else uses. ANC is also incredible with properly fitting ear pieces.

Great noise cancellation, great battery life! Small case with wireless charging! Two things hold it back: they are not as comfortable for me for some reason as for some others. Also they are prone to get loose and i have to keep pressing them into my ears if walking. Still, the noise cancellation is almost as good as my Bose noise cancelling earbuds, and has better sound.

These headphones make the Apple AirPod Pro headphones which I tried to like obsolete! I never thought that anyone could beat Apple at there own game, but Sony has finally done it with their new integrated chip which handles the ANC and also the Bluetooth connection and power! It’s impressive to get eight hours out of these earbuds with ANC on! And boy do they sound incredible! For earbuds I never expect them to beat full size headphones! Now I can safely say these do and the bass response is great as well! Beyond that it comes with an amazing smart phone app which even on my iPhone 11 Pro Max makes these earbuds superior to anything that has come before it! I have also never had very good luck with any other Bluetooth headphones or earbuds connection to my phone! That was another reason why I always stayed in the apple ecosystem when it came to headphones or earbuds! These have never had a connection loss so far in over a week. When I got the earbuds initially there was a software update to improve the Bluetooth connection so if there was a problem I never knew about it after the update. These earbuds are also IPX4 water resistant and sweat resistant which makes these some of the best earbuds to be used in the gym. To go into a little more depth I must say that the ANC is one of the best on the market today. I go to a very noisy gym which always has loud music playing and wearing my earbuds I can hardly hear their music at all! They also have a wonderful charging case that not only gives a total of 24 hours of use out of these earbuds but also just like the Apple AirPod Pro’s they also have wireless charging and USB-C for faster charging! These headphones have every possible feature including pausing your music when you take one of the earbuds out of your ear. They also connect extremely quickly to my iPhone when I take them out of their charging case to use! If by now what I am telling you does not make you want to drop the $279.95 that these cost then you cannot be helped! Finally I just wanted to say that the major reason I had to sell my AirPod pros is that they would never stay settled in my ears and that was with every single ear tip that came with them. Now I have to say on to their defense that I do sweat a lot when I am training hard in the gym but before these I have the old AirPods which never gave me any problems so it was very disappointing for me to have to get rid of a pair of headphones that I genuinely wanted to like! These Sony headphones have memory foam your tips which conform to your ear canal and once they are in a do not move around! Finally I have found a pair of earbuds that do everything I need and much more!

I gave my WF-1000XM3's to my wife for a trip and bought the M4's for my own use. My only (minor) complaint was the fit. I had to use the small tips to get a good seal. Otherwise, these are a clear upgrade from the M3's. The sound signature is more neutral without being overly analytical or sibilant. The M4's perform solidly over a wide variety of genres. ANC is the best yet to come from Sony in this format. I have yet to drain the battery, but my normal usage rarely exceeds 4 hours at a time.

These are by far the best earbuds I've owned. They are more comfortable than the previous generation, charge extremely quickly, don't have the issues with turning on while in the case and messing up pther bluetooth connections, and have superb audio quality. I use them primarily for the gym but they also function well for cell conversations. The only complaint I have is that they're useless for conversations in windy environments, but I've yet to find any earbuds by any manufacturer that perform well in wind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market.

These earbuds are phenomenal. They connect extremely well and at the aesthetic is pleasing to the eyes. The original caps that go into the ear were too big but the great part is that included with your buy are also 2 other sizes, a medium and a small. Therefore you're able to choose which size correctly fits. Over the course of time unfortunately, I am noticing that the right side in-ear-headphone battery depletes faster than the left. I only get about 1 to 1.5 hours now. Even though this is the case, audio is still excellent and the experience while the ear bud is alive is great. I would recommend this ear phone because the audio quality is great nonetheless and still makes for an excellent choice.
