First, please ensure the software is updated to version 1.4.2. To check and update the software, please launch the Sony Headphones Connect app.

I dropped it a couple of times while doing light exercises. The sound quality is good when using the Sony LDAC. The same could be said with the XM3. Or it could be that I'm listening to Tidal Master file. And for the life of me I couldn't understand why the packaging is made of poor recycled materials. Good luck trying to re- package this item just in case you need to return it.

Great Sound but Funky Power Options

However, the touch features are too sensitive and activate when positioning earbuds. M<y other problem with these buds is that the only way to truly turn them of, is put them back in the charging case. They kept connecting to my phone while not in use, and then when I would go to use them the next morning, they would be dead, despite only using them for less than 2 hours previously.
