    I did not like the bud inserts its like styrofoam and hard . Does not fit in ear well and touch is not so sensitive .

    Thought i would never need a noise cancelling buds boy was i wrong. The app uses A I to detect what you are doing such as walking, talking , transportation or sitting to adjust the ambient or noise cancelling automatically. Game changer. Its worth it. The sound is so clean and deep bass. I recommend clear setting with bass boost +4

    They were great until i updated the firmware, and just like thousands of other users I started to experience extreme battery drain from the left ear. To the point where they only work for about 20-30 minutes, Right ear is starting to suffer the same thing. Of course it started happening about 2 months outside the warranty period!

    Out of the box these ear-buds are amazing BUT over time there is one draw back that ruins everything else, battery life. At 1.5 years of ownership the left ear-bud battery last less than 40 minutes, the right an hour. For close to $300 there is an expectancy of better battery degradation (initially 4 hours). Otherwise if you can afford to replace these after 1 year they are the best.

      Hu KevinS, While we're glad you like the overall features and performance of these earbuds, we regret to hear about the battery issue you're having. This is usually not the case for our headphones nor the experience we want you to have. While it is normal for the battery consumption rate to vary somewhat between the left and right earbuds due to function settings and conditions of use, a significant difference between the earbuds, when regularly used together, should not occur.

  • Great Earbuds Needs Extra Tips

    Love these earbuds so far. Had Bluetooth drops the first few days but that was fixed with a software update. I do wish they came with extra tips beyond the one of each side for $280. Seems silly to pay $300 for earbuds and then have to buy new tips within a few months of use.

    I have returned these. I did not like that they were too big and fell out of my ears. I have the Sony - WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones and I thought these would be similar but I was let down. I ended up getting the google pixel ear buds instead for a third of the price and am happy with those.

When wearing them, it is recommended to twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably.
