The app uses A I to detect what you are doing such as walking, talking , transportation or sitting to adjust the ambient or noise cancelling automatically. Game changer. Its worth it. The sound is so clean and deep bass. I recommend clear setting with bass boost +4

I'm done with Sony, I will try a different brand, Sony its too expensive and their products don't last.

Only had a little over year and left earbud stopped working. Tried all the troubleshooting tips and called Sony support number. Nothing they can do since out of warranty. Should last longer than one year.

Great Earbuds Needs Extra Tips

Had Bluetooth drops the first few days but that was fixed with a software update. I do wish they came with extra tips beyond the one of each side for $280. Seems silly to pay $300 for earbuds and then have to buy new tips within a few months of use.
