    Dont waste your money on these. After i got these one of them kept popping with every step i took. Sony refuses to acknowledge this as a build defect/potential recall, but a quick search on google will see this is a very prominent issue with these buds. Total waste of money.

      To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend to properly wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
      Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

    Battery Drain after 12 months

    Bad headphones - battery started draining after 14 months. This is a real issue. Look up the forums before you decide to purchase. Bad quality from such a reputable company. Did a soft and hard reset, installed uninstalled the app my phone won’t even detect the headset.

    After almost exactly 1 year, left bud loses charge from 100% to 0% in about an hour. Never abused in any way. No way should any product should last only a year never mind a major Brands (Sony) "flagship" ear bud that was almost $300. Thousands of people with same issue.

Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.

    Uncomfortable. Had a metalic pinging echo. I returned then immediately. Bose quiet comfort is way better.

    WF-1000XM3 more accurate sound with similar ANC

    The ANC was no better than the WF-1000XM3 and the EQ on these are way off. The active noise canceling doesn't come anywhere close to the quality of the WH-1000XM3 or the WH-1000XM4 cans. I tested all 4 Sony products behind a drum set as well and the WH-1000XM3 cans are the best value for the money. Even with all my complaints about the WF-1000XM3, I will be returning these new and "improved" earbuds.

    They work pretty good, better than skullcandy. They keep a connection even in the airport which, skullcandy does not. The audio has a slight digital garble or muggled sound. Its tolerable but annoying for the price.

    Batteries dead after 18 months of light use. Was full charge lasted 4+ hours, dunno, never ran out. Now, go from full charge to power off in under 20 minutes. Case states it and headphones fully charged. Paperweight now. Other older products from same manufacturer still holding charge.

    Buggy & worse sound than the XM3

    Got these to replace my XM3 buds as a daily driver, and was very disappointed. The only real improvements are the battery life, bud size, and case size. The ANC isn't as quiet as everybody says it is, and actually lets certain sounds through that my XM3 blocked just fine. It blocks more bass frequencies like engine rumbling compared to the XM3, but not by much. Wind noise is still an issue. The automatic wind noise reduction for ANC is just the wind noise reduction setting from the XM3 locked behind an automatic mode. It waits for 5-8 seconds of constant irritating mic feedback to switch it on, and when it does, it lets sound through and makes the ANC pointless. If it's occasional gusts of wind, the thing doesn't even bother. The soundstage, imaging, and clarity are so mediocre I had to check if I left an equalizer and mono audio on. I didn't. Kinda makes the advertised LDAC pointless if they sound worse than the previous model. The sound also gets choppy on "stable connection mode" and disables button controls every now and then. These are going back.

    Trash defective earbuds

    Trash headphones. I bought them and as soon as I set everything up to test these expensive headphones the noise cancelling didn’t work at all and the quality of the music was horrible.. I contacted Sony to figure out the problems & they walked me through each step to reattempt to get these to work.. and it was still a no go. I will be taking these back. Don’t risk the money and stick to apple AirPods

    Great sound and features. Use the sony headphones app to apply equalizer and voice assistant features. Has an analyzer to determine if you're using the right sized ear tips. Noise cancelling is world class, better than high end headphones I've tried. Overall very impressed.

    Battery life is about 4hrs but the after the last update it caused a overheating problem havent used them since call sony service line never heard back.

    Liked all the features with these ear buds but they just won't stay in my ears. The buds are to big. Or my ears are too small. One or the other. Anyways. The features are nice but the app requires that you take photos of your ears in order to set up the 360 sound feature. That never worked for me. Returned them
