    Sounds great, amazing app for music control and great connectivity. HOWEVER, these are the least comfortable earphones, headphones or music listening devices I've ever had the displeasure of using. Buy AirPods or Beats or Bose. These were so uncomfortable.

    Very Good, wish the fit was a little better but since everyone is diffrent its tough. Also dont know why but mine looses its sounds/connectivity for a second and comes back on, happens once in a while dont know why.

    LDAC technology is just not there yet unfortunately, I'd wait for these to drop below $150.

    I have the over the ear m4s and love them. Ive been waiting to get in the ear for meetings, etc. These are incredible, but i expect nothing less. I have smaller ear canals and these fit just fine if i role the insert a bit. They stay snug and work fantastic

    Wow. I really cant add much, as some of the reviews are highly detailed. All I can say is that these are amazing. I returned some Galaxy Buds Pro and exchanged them for these and am extremely happy I did so. If you're on the fence give them shot.

    Sound quality is not as good as certain Samsung offerings. My pair suffer from latency when connected by Bluetooth to my Samsung HDTV. Love the design. Fit my ears perfectly. Find them light. Cost of the pair would be justified if their sound were state of the art but mine are not. So sad.

These headphones should work flawlessly with devices that support the A2DP Bluetooth connection. You may consider the suggestions below to isolate and hopefully resolve the connection issue you are experiencing:



      -Make sure your headphones and your TV are within 1 m (3 feet) from each other.

      -Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions:

      *When there is a human body between the headset and your TV. In this case, put the Bluetooth device/TV in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.

      *When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and your TV.

      *In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

      * Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train

      -Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode.

    Best Noise Cancelling Earbuds

    I was skeptical that these Sony earbuds would sound as good and cancel noise as good as the competition, but I was wrong. So far, these are the best sounding earbuds I've had, and they are just as good if not better at noise cancellation than the competition. They fit good, are very comfortable, and the battery lasts. They are much better looking than the previous model also. The case charges wirelessly so they fit right on the existing dock I already have. I really like the easy to use touch controls built into the earbuds. The app allows for a lot of customization, with a full EQ, touch control options, voice assistant settings, and more. All of these options are a welcome improvement over other earbuds I've used in past. Overall, these are the best earbuds I've heard to date. I recommend them to anyone considering purchasing higher end noise cancelling earbuds.

    Sound is excellent but so far I cannot find the way to connect this product to my Mac air laptop. They told me it was compatible with apple product witch was my only reason for not getting the iPods. Also do not like how does it feel in my ears.

    Im not a review person but my disappointment in Sony had to be mentioned. The one star is for performance on the microphones for phone calls. These are AMAZING is the music department so take this review as a warning..Do Not Purchase If Your Interested In These as a Bluetooth Replacement As i Did. I thought i could knock out 2 birds with one stone. .

      We regret that you're having an issue with the mic during phone calls. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. Allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience.

      In the meantime, we recommend following the steps below if you cannot hear a person during a call/low voice from callers, your voice does not reach the person during a call/your voice is low on the caller’s side.

      Check that both the headset and the connected device are turned on.
      Turn up the volume of the connected device if it is too low.
      When you use the video calling application, open the settings (*) of the video calling application, and check that the speaker or microphone setting is specified as [Headset (WF-1000XM4 Hands-Free)](**). When the settings of the video calling application cannot be checked or calling connections [Headset (WF-1000XM4 Hands-Free)] cannot be selected, select [Headset (WF-1000XM4 Hands-Free)] on the settings of your computer to make connections.
      *Depending on the video calling application you are using, this function may not be available.

      **Names may vary according to the computer or the video calling application you are using.

      If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not properly worn on your ears, tap operations or the speech detection of Speak-to-Chat may not be successful, or you may not obtain proper sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performances.
      If any of this is the case, try the following.
      Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
      The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancellation effect.
      Check if the headset is properly worn on your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
      Put the headset into the charging case and close the lid. Then, take out the headset, and reconnect with the Bluetooth device.
      Restart the Bluetooth device such as your smartphone or computer, and reconnect with the headset.
      Reset the headset.
      Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

    I researched online before I purchased them. They don't really noise cancel, but they are great. I wear them in the gym and even in the sauna. It gets great reception even though my phone is in my metal gym locker

    DO NOT BUY! See the other reviews about earbuds not holding charge. After 1 year they dont hold charge. They were good for 1 year but now I'm having to buy earbuds again because of this issue.
