It can be PAIRED with multiple devices at the same time, but unlike model WH-1000XM4: it cannot be CONNECTED with multiple devices at the same time. Hi Best, we're sorry to hear that you have an issue with the fit and sound quality of our product. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Hi Matt, we are sorry to hear that the headphones work great for a month and now constantly having a loud whoosh sound. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a better experience.

In the meantime, to eliminate the loud whoosh sound please try the following:

1. Turn off Adaptive Sound Control, or
2. Turn off “Notification Tone When Switching”

Hi DerickV, Thanks for sharing your experience with the Sony WF1000XM4 Wireless earbuds. While we're glad that you liked the sound quality, we're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the battery. Depending on the settings of various functions and the conditions of use, the speed of the battery consumption may vary between the left and right units, but this is not a malfunction. When you're done using the headset, make sure to store the headset in the charging case. If the headset is placed in your pockets, etc., the headset recognizes that the headset is worn, and it may turn on by mistake. Always close the lid of the charging case to prevent the battery of the charging case from being consumed. If you set the following functions, the available operating time of the battery becomes short :
Automatic wind noise reduction,
Speak-to-Chat,
Equalizer,
DSEE Extreme,
Function to launch the voice assistant by your voice,
Sound quality mode during Bluetooth playback: Priority on sound quality,

You may turn off or deactivate some of the functions when not in use to lengthen the battery operating hours. Hope this helps. Thanks and regards, -Craig
