Might be my ears but i could never get it to fit where sound doesnt leak out n i tried every size. Because of the leaked sound i dont get enough of a good sound which is irritating. It costs way too much for me to have this kind of experience

Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

But I had issues with the max volume and bass quality, it was not there for me as with the Bose QuietComfort earbuds. Additionally the fit on my ears was not at a 100%.

Bluetooth Connection Problems

The problem is that I was constantly losing bluetooth connection with my iPhone. I tried to convince myself to keep them thinking well if they only need reset every time I use them I'll keep them, but no. They would lose connection after a few seconds over and over. I tried a factory reset and they worked for one listening session and then bang back to constant lost connections every few seconds. I don't know if I received a lemon or not? I looked in online forums and this seems to be a common problem. Either way I made the decision to deal with problems with products in the past and was burned by that decision. Sadly I'm returning them.

To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection and to prevent the headphones from losing connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection” using the Sony Headphones Connect App.
Also, make sure that the firmware version of the headphones is up to date.

The left ear bud always dies on the Apple and will not work after a year of daily use on both sets

They sound great but know there is probably an end in sight. Sony warranty is only 1 year so make sure you pay attention.

Just google it and you see how wide spread this issue is. Do not buy!
