Then I listened to “Suite Judy Blue Eyes”; “Hotel California”; “Everything I Wanted”; “Gasoline”; and “Personal Jesus.” I also listened to some Jazz and Classical. CSN sounded AWFUL. The vocals were tinny. The Eagles had no depth. The drums were less than expected. Billie was “okay” Halsey’s voice also sounded thin. Though I like the new design. Love the new ear tips, these aren’t great and don’t live up to the hype. Or the price. Btw—the ANC isn’t great either. Not as good as the AirPods Pro OR the Sony xm4 “cans.” Taking these back. (I kept the Beats fit pro—not perfect but better than Sony. I also use the Sennheiser M2, AirPods Pro, Bose 700, and Sony xm4s. Over ear, the Sony cans are amazing.)

Not bad, but not as good as my Bose. Their App readlly didn't do much for the sound quality of the bass, sitting in a room that I am in all the time.

Bad Product and Warranty all around

The batteries on both pieces last less than 30 minutes use in less than one year. Contacted Sony, it has been back and forth for week, Sony try to make me giving up on the warranty.

Within 15 months, the battery on one bud was only lasting 1.5 hours and now the second bud is starting to diminish. For this price, that is not good.

Sound quality, noise cancelling...better than most I guess...but it's more than $300 after taxes. Not as impressive as the youtube reviews made it out to be. Also, my noise cancelling cut in and out after about 2 weeks of usage...ended up returning them.

To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection and to prevent the NC from cutting out and from losing connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection” using the Sony Headphones Connect App.
Also, make sure that the firmware version of the headphones is up to date.
