    These worked very well for the first nine months. Now one earphone doesn’t work. They were always stored in their case and were well cared for. For the price I paid, I’d think these earphones would work for at least a year!!

    I found these earphones to be not have enough volume. I don’t think this is worth the price, the Bose QC earphones are much better.

    Dont waste your money

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These sound great and thays about where the postivie part of this review ends. The touch sensor only works 50% time and the noise cancelling is not that impressive. On a daily basis these dont work for me. I try to pause or skip music and the earbud wont react. I havw to pull out my phone to pause/skip songs. Very frustating and i usually want to take these out of my ear, spike them on the ground, and stomp them with a pair of boots on. Stay away and buy a betrer product. These cost way too much to have these simple problems

    Not a huge fan of these. They are overly bassy and do not sound great. I much preferred the sound of my AirPods Pro. This has much better noice cancelation and features but I do not enjoy the sound quality.

    Had difficulty finding the optimal ear bud. Store in Port Charlotte went out of their way to provide options and to accept returns. Finally got the Sony XM4 which works well.

    Sound will blip out randomly but enough that it’s not a small error. Just stops for a second. Then reconnects. No matter what ear size you choose they will fall out of ears at the smallest effort. Especially in gym. Can’t imagine trying to jog with them or you might as well just assume your going to lose them. Sounds ok. Jabra is every bit as good and cheaper. I’m stuck with these but if I were you I’d get anything else. Honestly worst pair I’ve ever used.

      Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
      Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.
      You can also make few adjustments to your headphones settings to suit your needs through the Sony Headphones Connect app. It has an Equalizer setting which can be customized to fine-tune your music. This will give you more control over your headphones and their performance.

    I bought three of this headphones and all of them have same issues the battery drain its a defective product just don't buy it

    Extremely uncomfortable. Tried all three sizes and none of them are working. If I was able to taken them back I would. Never had this issue with AirPods or beat pros

    I owned the sony XM3s as well and these fix about every problem those had. They stay in your ears, have water resistance, and a much smaller case.

    Read a lot reviews on how great these sounded, but sadly I didn't that to be the case. They require a lot tweaking to get the sound the way I liked, but change style, and it starts all over again. Also they are really big in the ear.

    Torture in your ears

    Wonderful sound, but extremely painful in your ears after using for more than one hour. Hurts so much that I will be returning this instrument of torture less than one week after getting it.

This unit comes with different sizes of earbud tips. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Check if the headset is properly worn on your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.     Great earphone but the only thing i dont like is that you have to use the right earbud in other to use the left one.

This is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a pleasant experience. You can remove one unit of the headset from the charging case and use the unit by itself. In this case, only the unit that has been removed from the charging case will turn on.



      If you are using the WF-1000XM4 without downloading & installing the Headphones Connect App, yet they DO set up/activate Google Assistant: by default the RIGHT headset is assigned Google Assistant hence by design the LEFT side then cannot be used by itself.



      Here are additional troubleshooting steps/issues to consider:

      Both sides must initially be paired/registered via Bluetooth
      If Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa will be used => ensure it is assigned (using HPC) to the side being used
      Ensure the customer is aware of the default HPC App settings è ‘Automatic Power Off’ and ‘Pauses when headphones are taken off’ are turned ON.
      If removing the Right headset to use the Left headset by itself: if the Right headset touch sensor is inadvertently touched, you’ll need to restart playback on your smartphone.

    Best earbuds I've ever had, but just try it out for 15 days and return them if you hate them. Earbuds are so personal, you gotta try it.
