Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear the issues that you are having with the WF1000XM4 headphones. Allow us to help and make this a better experience. If earbuds tips have been changed and use the right size according to the size of your ears, we suggest to gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal, and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably. Wait for about 10 seconds for the earbud tip shape to stabilize. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. When the unit is in the charging case, all operations such as turning on the unit, registering or connecting to Bluetooth devices and music playback cannot be performed. If the headphones connects while in the case, please make sure that they are inserted properly and close the lid of the charging case. Resetting or initializing the headset may also be performed if the headphones is not working properly. Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode.

Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.

- When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device

- In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to

improve the Bluetooth communications.

- When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth

device.

- In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are

generated, etc.

- Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in

train station premises or on a crowded train

Hi CoyP, while we're glad that you like the sound quality, we regret that these won't stay in ears during active listening session, working out, etc. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. Allow us to help and turn this into a better experience.

Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.
