First, please ensure the software is updated. You can check and update the software by launching Sony Headphones Connect app. You can also make few adjustments to your headphones settings to suit your needs through the Sony Headphones Connect app. It has an Equalizer setting which can be customized to fine-tune your music. This will give you more control over your headphones and their performance.

We recommend following the steps below if you cannot hear a person during a call/low voice from callers, your voice does not reach the person during a call/your voice is low on the caller’s side. We regret to hear that you are not having the best experience with the fit of the headphones. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. For optimum fit and comfort, make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly. Put the headset unit with the (left) mark into your left ear and the headset unit with the (right) mark into your right ear. The left unit has a tactile dot. Twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal, and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably. Wait for about 10 seconds for the earbud tip shape to stabilize. Hint: If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset.

Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.

Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

While we're happy you like most of the features, we're sorry to know if the available operating time is short or the battery power does not last long. Check the Available operating time in your model's Help Guide for operating times of the headphones on a fully-charged battery.

If you set the following functions, the available operating time of the battery becomes short.

• Automatic wind noise reduction
• Speak-to-Chat
• Equalizer
• DSEE Extreme
• Function to launch the voice assistant by your voice
• Sound quality mode during Bluetooth playback: Priority on sound quality

If you run the above settings at the same time, the available operating time of the battery becomes even shorter.
Note: Be sure to store the headphones in the charging case after use. If the headphones are placed in a pocket or bag, they may recognize that they are being worn and turn on by mistake.
