I've had several Jabra buds and have sent almost as many back in because the left bud quits after a few months. These things are spendy. But you get a lot out of them. They're great for work. When you see your boss coming just clear your throat and your Jocko Willink podcast will pause and hear through mode kicks on. Only thing that isn't great is trying to run with them. They're big and will slap your ear. But everything else in the gym is perfect. And running sucks anyways.

Great set of ANC wireless headphones. My 2 cons would be not enough bass and sometimes it is hard to get them in just right. Other than those 2 things they are fantastic and the ANC is the best I have experienced from wireless earbuds.

Hi WExFLAT We're glad that you like the noise canceling function. You can customize the settings to fine-tune your music using the Headphones Connect app, We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly. When wearing the headphones, gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

We designed these headphones to provide incredible audio performance and take noise cancellation to the next level. You can enjoy crystal clear call quality, even in noisy environments and our speak-to-chat technology automatically reduces volume during conversation. Plus, you can get 8 hour long battery with noise canceling, IPX4 water resistance and easy wireless charging. Thank you for choosing Sony! Erin Sony_US

Able to play really detail sounds, with some tuning in the eq, of course. The soundstage isn’t wide, but still good for music since this is what people would buy this for. The ANC is what I expected, not as good as overears, but good enough for quick rides and workout sessions. Very comfortable, but might be too large to wear for some.

Just about a year after purchasing these $300 earbuds, they don't hold a charge for more than an hour, if I'm lucky. The left earbud sits around 60% and hasn't gone above 70% since. I've worn these on a 2 1/2-hour flight with noise cancelling on, they held up great with a juice to spare, of course, this was only a few months after purchase. My 1-year warranty was up in August of 2022, around November of 2022 they wouldn't hold a charge at all. At that time, I was lucky to get an hour of play time. I looked around online, found a way to reset the earbuds, did it, and they've held up for about an hour and a half. Still unacceptable at this price point. I never mistreat the earbuds, I even have a case I put the charging case in. I alternate between wired and wireless charging, keep them away from water. That brings me to another point, if the tips get dirty, DO NOT USE ALCOHOL ON THEM. Cleaning them with an alcohol swab will make the tips disintegrate. The idea I spent this much money ($300) on something, only to have them become pretty much a paper weight after the warranty expired has made me start to question if I should ever buy something like this from Sony ever again. Just typing this has got me mad. I have a pair of Samsung Buds Pro's that will go most of the day with a single charge and will keep going after an hour or so on the charging case. They're not as high quality as these earbuds, but at least they held up after a year of use. It's a love/hate relationship. If anyone reading this is considering a purchase, hope they work after a year.

These earbuds are still my favorite pair of earbuds that I've ever owned. The connection is rarely buggy, Battery life is just what I need, And the memory foam earbuds makes make sure they never fall out. The noise canceling will cut out a good bit of noise at the start before it cuts everything out. A plus with most noise cancelation I've had in the past only cutting a little out

I did a lot of research before purchasing a new set of earbuds. It came down to Bose and these. These won because they were on sale. I am very pleased with these earbuds so far. The sound is fantastic and the noise cancelling feature is very good. The treble and the bass sound great. These are a very nice set of earbuds. I prefer them over the ones, I previously had- Apple EarPods Pro. The Sony pair sound significantly better in my opinion.

These buds really blew my expectations away, it Lowkey depends what youre looking for in buds wether or not you like them. In my opinion sound clarity and the fact that they have very good noise canceling but if you want loud headphones go for the AirPods Pro trust, overall clearness of the buds is so gooood if you tweak the equalizer on the app for them. Id say better than apple. oh and battery lasts a whole day and a half

At the time of purchase about 2 years ago I traded the last gen of these earphones for this newer gen version and they were great. The buttons are a bit finicky at times with responding to touch, but it happens ever so often and is not a consistent problem. Bluetooth connection has never been an issue. The main issue I had with these has been because of software updates from Sony that essentially killed the battery life and recharge process for the earphones. Specifically the right earphone for me. So if you're going to get these, I would recommend not updating the software at all whenever you turn them on and use the app that's required. I was able to get these exchanged for another pair by Sony after my warranty ended after extensively researching the issue myself online and on forums with people experiencing the same issue. So if this happens to you as it did to me, there's an option to get another pair potentially. The foam earpieces hold on well during physical exercise, but you have to maintain personal cleanliness and clean the tips regularly for them to look decent after consistent use compared to silicone tips. I would recommend these even after 2 years.

Have had these earbuds for just over 1 1/2 yrs. They worked great and operated without any issues whatsoever. On average I used them maybe 12-14 hrs per week. Now maybe 4-6 hrs a week. The problem recently (past 3 weeks or so) has been that the battery life on the earbuds have drastically dropped. I might get 2-3 hrs listening time if I’m lucky. Also the left earbud seems to be the worse. I’m down to 10% after bout an 1 hr and 45 min. 6 months ago I would have tried to give 7 stars, but now 4 is the best I can do. The sound quality is still up to par, though maybe not as loud and bass thumping as they were originally. It could be their life span is simply bout up.

I really dont understand how yhese are considered the best buds on the market. Sound quality is sub-par, range is not as stated, app is terrible, and Im very let down. First, I paid $300 for these and it shows up in a recycled, thin cardboard box. If I want to worry about the environment, I can go clean trash off the beach or buy an electric car. But the packaging is a joke. I want something that will last so i can keep everything in the box. Plus part of the thrill of new buds is the unboxing experience. This was just a let down. The first let down of many in the near future. As for the buds, they are huge and fall ouy constantly ni matter the bud tips i use. With the bad seal, the noise cancelling cannoy perform as it should. And the ambient sound is the worst. It will randomly amplify my voice or water running or a car driving by. And I do not have the learning feature turned on. They also disconnect if I go over 25 feet from my phone. I cant walk from the kitchen to the bedroom withoit losing connection. They also are not loud at all. Ive tried every setting and they are weak. I was immediately disappointed but thought I'd give ut some time to learn the festures. Still nut happy and by then it was too late to return and the crappy box was falling apart. I wish i had not waited and also wish that i didn't listen to the reviews from people who just might be deaf or possibly paid to give good reviews. Just buy another product and save yourself yhe hassle and disappointment.

50 characters. what a joke. wait, that's a MINIMUM? LOL! a) no multipoint b) wear one or the other, if you wear both it won't last the day. c) if you wear ONE @ time, you can avoid noise canceling AND ambient sound, and it'll last all day. d) thing is, if you don't use ambient sound, no WAY you can use one pair in your car for 8 hours. Nope. Not this pair. e) noise canceling is excellent; so is ambient sound (think: let the sound through, or 'cheap hearing aid'. f) if you have cats like I do, you'll bless the hard case - cats /eat/ bluetooth devices for lunch. All in all - would I buy again? I don't know. They're quite good subject to limitations above. I've bought over a dozen less than $100, and a few jawbones. These are better, it needs to be said.

I had been using $30 cheap earbugs. In less rgan a year they stopped charging and had problems. I had been eyeing these but didn’t want to go all in at $279. Lets say ITS WORTH IT. The noise cancellation is amazing and ambient noise setting works great. Its like two different worlds with an easy left ear tap to toggle between the two. The only downfall is the unit is pretty big in your earlobe and women may want something smaller.

These have been the best earbuds I've ever owned. They're comfortable, the noise cancelation works fantastic, ambient sound allows me to hear my surroundings while still hearing my music or podcasts. The Bluetooth connectivity is fast and has a great range. Battery life, with ambient sound. I get around 5 hours before they need to be recharged in the case. They do charge fairly fast though. I wear mine at least 10 hours every day. The app has nice features and it's really hard to say anything negative about these things.

I've been using these earbuds for three years now, and can say they are still just as good as when I bought them. I love the sound profile without needing to EQ, they have 5+ hours of listening on a single charge, and are, when cased, a super small footprint for carrying everywhere in my EDC bag.
