Sound was good but not impressive. Noise cancelling worked but let some noise, especially low frequency noise through. They did do a very good job of sound pass-through so you didn't need to take them out when holding a conversation. Touch controls were problematic.

When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. I typically dont think ANC is even necessary for true wireless earbuds, but these are incredible. The only thing is that you basically need to buy new foam ear tips so they are more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. But once you buy those, these headphones are top notch.

If you want LISTEN to your music, and not just hear it... then, These are the headphones for you. These are the headphones that do the very best of taking all the distractions away, and providing up to High Resolution audio to yours ears. If you know anything about lossless audio, then you know how good LDAC can be. Sony is the master at it. I am proud to use these headphones on a Xperia 1 iii and I understand it even sounds fantastic on Crapple... Err... Apple phones too. Pro Tip: take the time to do the app's tutorial on the best fit. You will be able find the balance between comfort and sound/noise cancellation. Pro Tip2: If you normally keep the phone close (less than 6') to the headphones, then make sure to set the Bluetooth connection quality in the headphones app to "priority on sound quality"... This way, if the audio app, and audio files you are using can enable LDAC for that lossless/high res audio.

The reason I can't recommend these is the price. As good as they are, you can get something comparable for a fraction of the price

Unfortunately I lost the left one at work and was not able to find. These truly have clean crisp audio as well as a nice deep bass to satisfy any bass heads out there. Truly amazing design with the ambient noise and I love how the microphone picks up voices so well. In my line of work being able to have my music stop playing without actually having to remove the earbud or pause the song is wonderful. As soon as I talk the music will stop and the tiny microphone picks my voice and any others who may be talking as well. I would recommend 10/10

These earbuds are undoubtedly some of the best audio quality I've heard in recent memory. They also have a sleek design, both in the earbuds themselves and the case. One of my complaints is the active noise cancelation. There's this dinging notification sound to alert you when the noise cancellation is switching over from static, to in motion, to in or outdoor. I had to turn off the feature because I couldn't find an option to turn off the notification sound. Also, the foam tips would get stuck in my ear from time to time.

Big Upgrade Over the XM3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the XM3's for over a year and decided to try these out and if you have the money, you need to upgrade. The smaller size is huge and they just sit alot better in my ears (more flush). You still get the exceptional sound and the app so I won't get into those but the newest feature I like is the speak-to-chat but have to admit can get annoying sometimes. The speak-to-chat feature can sometimes sense your humming, but small annoyance at least for me and you can always turn it off. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. The case finally has wireless charging also which is great! It is pricey but then again your paying a premium for quality, sound, and features if your really into the sound.

Probably the best noise cancelling available

I've tried the Bose, Samsung, Beats, and Google headphones; however, I find the sound and connectivity best through these headphones. The only downside is that they aren't very sporty, and the foam tips seem to get ruined with sweat or overuse.
