I've tried the Bose, Samsung, Beats, and Google headphones; however, I find the sound and connectivity best through these headphones. The only downside is that they aren't very sporty, and the foam tips seem to get ruined with sweat or overuse.

The reason I can't recommend these is the price. As good as they are, you can get something comparable for a fraction of the price

• Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.

Far superior to the cheaper buds I had earlier. The only thing that the cheaper buds had better was that the charging case on the cheaper buds also had a port to allow the case to charge other devices. Other than that, if you can afford to spend the $ on a better set of buds do it!

Like a lot of people the left earbud just started to not charge completely and even when it was above 90% would discharge in less than 10 minutes. Right one was a little better but still 30 mins before it gave out. It's a real shame as these really are wonderful except for that. That said, I have been in contact with Sony and they are replacing the earbuds even though they're out of warranty. So they do recognise there is an issue here, so much so they've even commented on the new versions XM5 that are about to be released and that they won't suffer from the same issue. But, they're not cheap and I'd be a little wary of getting them again.

These earbuds are undoubtedly some of the best audio quality I've heard in recent memory. They also have a sleek design, both in the earbuds themselves and the case. One of my complaints is the active noise cancelation. There's this dinging notification sound to alert you when the noise cancellation is switching over from static, to in motion, to in or outdoor. I had to turn off the feature because I couldn't find an option to turn off the notification sound. Also, the foam tips would get stuck in my ear from time to time.

Amazing earbuds but not suitable for my usecase

I bought both Jabra 85t and these earphones. These headphones definitely have much better noise cancellation as compared to Jabra. Their noise cancellation is in par with Bose - QuietComfort Earbuds if not better. The sound is also pretty amazing with very good trebles and decent bass. You can use each side independently which I think is a great plus. Overall, these are pretty amazing earphones. However I decided to keep the Jabra 85t and return these because of their fit. Although Jabra 85t has poor noise cancellation compared to these, they fit better in my ear. For me I cared more about fit and comfort because I sometimes like to sleep with my earphones on and I can't do that with these earbuds. So, these are great earbuds but not for my usecase.

Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
- Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

You can enjoy crystal clear call quality, even in noisy environments and our speak-to-chat technology automatically reduces volume during conversation. Good audio but heavy

My only complaint is the weight. They are heavy enough to fall out of my ears unless they are jammed deep inside which I find uncomfortable. If comfort is not your main concern, these are great.

However, after a while of use will get worn down and need to be replaced.

I like the active noise cancelling but it does pre ent you from vocally singing with the music. Nothing really to be done about that though. The noise cancellation is definitely just like the over the ear experience when engaged.

Big Upgrade Over the XM3

The smaller size is huge and they just sit alot better in my ears (more flush). You still get the exceptional sound and the app so I won't get into those but the newest feature I like is the speak-to-chat but have to admit can get annoying sometimes. The speak-to-chat feature can sometimes sense your humming, but small annoyance at least for me and you can always turn it off. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. The case finally has wireless charging also which is great! It is pricey but then again your paying a premium for quality, sound, and features if your really into the sound.
