Love the fact that I can wear both at work and adjust the audio with a press of a button so I can still hear what is going on around me. The only thing I would say is that the fitting can be a problem when working out.

I really do believe i was sold a used pair, but could not confirm. Overall, they are comfortable and great sounds quality. My only complaint is the left ear bud, and i was over my return date on the product.

They stay in my ears.so i don't have to keep on readjusting them to stay in place. The sound quality is very descent and so is the the noise canceling. I give them a 4 out 5 because people complain that the voice sometimes muffle during phone conversations.

Good quality sound but gives some battery issues like draining. Pops sound notifications for battery and other phone notifications which is good but sometimes very irritating. Otherwise it's a really good piece to buy.

But for the active noise cancellation that works independently whether you’re using one earbud or both, the EQ settings via Sony’s dedicated app, and the sound quality… I promise you these are perfect:) However… Ergonomically they aren’t comfortable at first until you try the different earpiece sizes to find what works for you. Which is also why I didn’t rate them with 5 stars. But if you’re looking for customization and superior noise cancellation with good bass (on wireless earbud standards) these might be what you’re looking for.

Some of the Best Buds.

I'm speaking as someone who's experience with true wireless earbuds started with the OG Galaxy Buds, and while they were my main driver, I've tried a few other pairs, and nothing really compared to them. I never really delved into the Apple ecosystem, but I don't think I'll really need to with these. The Air Pod Pros really do have a good competitor in these buds, and I'm super happy to own them. The sound quality is top notch, 360 Audio, while kind of gimmicky, is really cool for a kick. I seriously love these ear buds and don't know what I would do without them. The only detractor I could say is the hinge feels a little wobbly out the gate, and I have a friend who has these who has had the same problem.

The sound quality is great and the noise cancelation is scary good. Lost a flight due to the noise cancelation. One thing I don't like no location feature if you loose them or a speaker to make to noise to find them.

I have piercings and every review I find on earbuds does not include someone with piercings. First I’m a female not that that matters but I have smaller inner ears so the bose don’t fit but these oh my god after searching and searching I finally found my love of earbuds. The battery life lasts forever it seems. I clean for work so I use them 3 hrs in the am and 6-7 hours at night 5/week and I’ve never had them die or drain it seems. The case is small unlike others I’ve seen. Wireless charger or cord charging. The sound quality to me is amazing !!!! There is an app you can use for settings etc and to change settings and presets. The tap feature actually works well unlike some others I’ve tried. I have the airpod pros and while I love them sometimes I notice they randomly fall out of my ear and they fit nice and snug that and because I use earbuds so much I really wanted an alternative pair for a back up well my AirPods became my backup. I didn’t think I was guna love these as much as I do. One thing to note them come with the memory foam eartips I actually went to Amazon and bought replacements as well as the silicone replacement tips for these and found them to work better only thing is you need the memory foam tips for noise cancellation in the wind. But there easy enough to change out that you can. Also the noise cancellation is amazing I don’t ever put these all the way up for volume but if I did I couldn’t hear for miles lol. If you wana spend the money get these. I’ve tried the new beats and didn’t like them I’ve tried Bose and their too big these are perfect especially for smaller ears.

Battery life is the same which isn't a problem since you get about 8 hours on a full charge and the new case has a nicer and more compact design. The audio quality and connectivity feels better I have no issues listening to things even when I'm far away from my phone or connected device.

Unfortunately the hybrid tips do not work in my ears and are very uncomfortable. Also, the tap functions for each ear are somewhat limited. To fix the comfort issue, I swapped the tips with a silicone pair from a competitor. Comfort and sound are now great.

Just what I was looking for.

The sound quality and noise cancellation on these, are by far the best yet. They form to your ear like ear plugs, and you literally cannot hear anything outside of them unless you choose to, with the one tap ambient sound setting. Simply tap it again and it turns your noise cancellation back on. And best of all, they stayed put through my entire session!
