    Thses are my second pair. My first pair lasted me about 2years and I just ran the battry of the case and earbuds through the full charging cycle from wearing them everyday. The ear tips lasted without needing to be replaced, they were worn during workouts too. The life if the batteries would have lasted another year if I hadn’t had Noise Cancellation on all of the time.

    I bought these headphones for my husband for Christmas because his current headphones were both getting older and he wanted the feature where he could listen to one headphone until it died then listen to the second fully charged ear bud (android phone and didn't want the connection hassle of airpods). He said the sound is great and works exactly how he wanted. I'm very happy with my purchase!

    Earbuds don’t stay in my ears well. Too large even with small covers. Does not cancel noise well.Battery life is good.

    One of the better pairs on the market with solid sound cancellation technology. My only complaint is that you cannot use them for anything other than a smartphone. No PS5 or PC capability.

    these ear bud are great clear sound and easy to operate . I would love to have another pair . had to return due to battery issue not staying charged for more than 30min .but I would buy another pair if Sony fixed that battery problem.

    The noise cancelling on these headphones is INSANE. Sounds like in a movie when they're near a grenade that explodes and they lose their hearing lol. When it turns on, you hear nothing but the blood in your head, 10/10 and you can turn it off to let ambient sound in as well. Sounds incredible too, I listen with hifi tidal but even Spotify sounds amazing (the earbuds come with 6 months of free tidal on the receipt). Great sound customization on the app as well! These are the best quality earbuds I've ever bought

    I tried the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 before I tried these, and I will say that I side with the majority opinion that the Sony buds are the superior product. They're both good, but I prefer the Sony's sound profile overall, and no question the noise canceling is better with them. The only complaint I have is that I struggle to get a good seal on the left earbud. The medium size tips are a hair too small & let sound in, but the large size are a bit too large and won't stay put. I'll keep experimenting, but the sound is worth it.

To keep the headphones from falling out and for comfortable listening experience, we recommend selecting the right size earbud tips and wearing the earbuds properly. Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

    Sony has absolutely hit it out of the park with these buds. For my ears, they are incredibly comfortable, I literally wear these all day long at work with no fatigue or discomfort. The ANC is incredible, how they achieved this is beyond me, but it's incredible. I have a riding lawn mower, and I put these in, and it kills all the noise, it's pretty impressive Ambient is also very impressive. To me it sounds very natural and clear, almost as if you don't have a bud in your ear. The sound quality on these buds is what I like the most. I have a S21 Ultra, I turn on LDAC, and use USB Audio Pro with bit perfect on and the sound is just stellar and just so enjoyable to listen to. Deep, tight, accurate bass, beautiful cleans mids and the highs are as smooth and detailed you can get. Just a real enjoyable experience. Tons of battery life! Again I go my whole 8 hr shift without having to do a quick charge, can't ask for much more that that and now they have wireless charging. Sony really covered it all with these buds, to me they are everything I wanted in a set of wireless buds!! NOTE: If you have really small ears, these may not work for you, but it's totally worth trying.

    These are perfect earbuds, and blow the sound quality of the Samsung active buds out of the water. The one big problem I've found is the touch sensitivity. I workout at a gym that requires wearing a mask. When breathing heavily in a mask, the air flow can cause your earbuds to think you're pressing them. This can cause the earbuds to make an annoying chime multiple times per second. I've found that changing the type of mask I'm wearing can help, but buyer beware. There is no way to fix this problem by changing settings in the app.

    Yes, I do recommend this, ONLY if you are going to replace your earbuds in a year. These are fantastic earbuds. Too bad they use cheap quality batteries with lifespans that don't last. If long lasting value is important, then I DO NOT recommend. Battery lifespan issues sums it up. Great product overall. Very detailed audio and great noise cancellation. But here after about 8 months of ownership the right earbud is draining faster than the left and neither of them last 3-4 hours reliably anymore. I came here to post a review only to find others are having the same issue frequently. I know how to take care of lithium batteries. I never let them deplete fully and never charge them at temperature extremes. All of my other devices last a long time before the batteries lose enough of a charge to be an issue. I have a surface pro 7 with only 8% battery wear. The fact of the matter is that a $300 pair of premium earbuds using such cheap batteries and labeling the issue, which has been going on through it's production run apparently, as a "known problem" is crazy. I had a big quality issue with a Sony product many years ago and they did not take responsibility so I left the brand for a while, and I bought these skeptically. It's one thing to make a mistake, we all do, even corporations, but to not take responsibility for it has turned me away from any Sony product and has caused me to become a lifelong detractor of the brand. It's a bad idea to spend your limited resources on a product made by a company that does not operate responsibly.
