I was debating these or the Sennheiser Momentum 3, and picked these since they were supposed to have better battery. Well, the right earbud is now depleted way too fast, it starts notifying for a low battery after less than 3 hours... I am requesting a refund on this unit and going to Sennheiser. Also, they are HORRIBLE for gaming, the audio lag is so dumb...

Excellent sound quality, but won't stay in my ears

And for Christmas, he gave me a pair! I love the sound quality and the convenience that they are cordless. I couldn't give them a 5 star rating because unfortunately, they won't stay in my ears. They keep falling out. I'm going to have to figure out a way to fix this problem.

Pricey but worth it

These have been my go-to headphones for work, with no issues. I do recommend using the app to adjust the EQ to your liking, though, as I did not care for the initial balance, but once I tweaked the levels they sounded great.

Even moreso true when it comes to the ANC line, and these are aimed to not disappoint by any means. Small, powerful, Hi-Res, clean, clear, precise, and big sound in a very small package. Look, in short if you have the coin to get them, do so, thank yourself later. Lastly, "Hey Google" is fully voice activated, no more button pressing.

The app is user friednly and you can make many adjustments to the EQ. Only problem i habe is with calls. It seems to make a chirping electronic noise thats very distracting when on calld with others. The noise really only occurs when they are talking, particularly at the end of certain words. Very odd. But other than that, these are great and have amazing battery life.

I was hit buy a car on my motorcycle wearing these. Bike was totaled but these survived. I still use them. Im allergic to silicon so the memory foam earpieces are great and are really comfortable.

On the positive, it feels premium, the ANC is really good for earbuds (probably one of the best), and the sound quality is really something else. The case and earbuds themselves are much more compact than the XM3 model earbuds, and they are a lot easier to use in comparison. The EQ features too make this device really appealing, and if it was based on just the positives, this device would be an easy recommendation. The lack of multipair really can hold these back, and it's a shame it was never included. So many people like that specific feature, including myself. Furthermore, in my experience, the battery life gets worse and worse the longer you own one of these. My earbuds can barely hold a quarter of the supposed playtime before needing to recharge. It's hard to recommend at this point, even with all the positives, because the two major negatives of this device are so bad that they can ruin the users experience.

I bought these today and popped them in immediately. The tips are memory foam and they fit great. The sound? I am an unashamed drinker of the Sony ANC KoolAid and these buds don't disappoint. I was at my son's workout right next to booming hip hop speakers. During quiet spots in my songs the boom bled through, but not while the music was playing; we're talking about six feet away from monitor sized speakers. The sound is clear/crisp, the mix is stellar and the buds stay put. I just returned a pair of wf-1000xm3's; I really wanted to like them, but they just don't stay in your ears. Spending that much money on poor fitting buds makes no sense. This year's model fixes everything that is wrong with last year's buds. This is a straight out of the box review, so I'll revise as I get some more time with these babies. But right now? SO satisfied!!!

I've tried a handful of headphones and the quality on these is by far the best unfortunately after a year I spilled some soap in the case and did not notice for 2 days & by then they were done.

Amazing noise cancelling

The sound is good, not great. I like a little more bass but you can use the eq settings in the app to customize it. The fit way better than the xm3’s did in my opinion. The real winner is the noise cancellation. It’s on another level! You won’t find better noise cancellation anywhere else.

I use them almost 24/7 and have had 2 pairs now. Would highly recommend. Only thing is the foam eartips do crack after a lot of use
