The ANC was extremely frustrating the headphones constantly auto switching out of noise canceling and ultimately led to me returning these and going back to my Jabra’s. I loved everything about these headphones except for this perceived flaw, I like to control ANC and hear through.

They fit in my ears comfortably but hang out kind far, so that's make me worried about them falling out. They're supposedly getting an update for multipoint connection which would be fantastic. Sometimes the touch controls are finicky or unresponsive.

With regards to multipoint, the WF-1000XM4 does currently not support this feature. if the touch controls become unresponsive, please try some steps below.

The noise cancelling is perfect and when I use ambient sound I can still hear conversations. It is also very helpful that there are multiple fittings for ears. I use the smallest size.

The noise cancelation works excellent, and the phone calls are clear even on windy days. I only wish they sold a ear fitting in extra small. It comes in sm,med and large.

Battery lasts far longer than I need it to and also stays in place during work outs. It does pick up vibrations when running though and that can be slightly annoying.

The only reason I gave these a 3 star is they are not as loud as I’d like them. For $280 I’d expect those thing to rock my ears. They are extremely comfortable though and the anc is scary good. I guess they focused on the tech more than the sound.

I personally believe that there are better than the AirPod Pros on sound quality. Only improvements i see that needs to be made are the quality of the msterials used ( it plainly just feels cheap ) and comfort as these started to hurt after prolonged use ( 2 hours and more ).

Works great with my iPhone and iPad, They have great sound. Would not play nice with my Samsung TV. My main need for earbuds is to watch TV and though these paired fine with my Samsung they continue to have static and dead spots or drops in connection. So we're returned.Samsung model QN75Q6.Thank you for Best Buy's return policy.

Bulky and cumbersome

The moment I put these in my ears, I was disappointed. The sound quality while listening to music was great but everything else sucked imo. The call quality and comfort levels were terrible. I returned them because of the ear pain it caused me.

I only need to put the volume like half ways and not all the way up like AirPods. I definitely recommend these for sure! The only thing sorta down side is how the earphones fit, you might need to get used to wearing the earphones but other than that they’re great. I use them for runs and everything else.
