They sound great, with even deeper base than their predecessor, and a richer 360 sound scape. However these earbuds are really uncomfortable. It comes with 3 different size silicon like cups for going in your ear to protect the ear buds, and none of them help solved the biggest issue with these earbuds, they constantly fall out of my ears. And to make sure it wasn’t just me, I had multiple friends try, each of which found them trying to fall out of their ears, after they figured out how to even put them in their ears. The main purpose of these is to be secure in your ears and do everything they are supposed to do. And these only get the second one right. Big shame for such a nice product. I’d honestly recommend Sennheisers over these any day.

This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. Allow us to help and turn this into a better experience.
In designing these headphones, we also consider the ear canals sizes as it varies from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out and for comfortable listening experience, we recommend selecting the right size earbud tips and wearing the earbuds properly. Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

Great solid performer

The app is a must with these and the ability to just talk and pause your music is awesome. The fit was the hardest part. The foam ear tips aren't great and became uncomfortable after wearing for a while. I just swapped them out with plastic ones and it solved it. Wireless charge and look cool.. They are pricey at 280..

Regarding the microphone, if you're having an issue while on call, please ensure that you have the latest software installed. The firmware update improves the functionality and features of the headphones. It also provides fixes to any performance issues that you are encountering. The software version can be updated using the Headphones Connect App. In addition, restarting or Initializing the headphones are also a recommendation.

This newer version is slightly better in sound quality, battery life, connectivity, and operation. The previous version had it’s issues. The battery life only lasted for two to three hours, it had three modes of audio ( ambient, noise canceling and none), people complain about my sound quality when i talked to them over a call, and when the old version got old, the little case had issues charging the ear pieces. The new version comes in a smaller case, last for six to eight hours, and no one is complaining during a call.

The sound quality on them are great and they are comfortable in ear! I wish they were a bit smaller for aesthetic reasons but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Noise cancellation is really good, although comparably good to Apple AirPods which usually have a slightly cheaper price point. Overall though, a great product!

They added support for multiple devices for one. I've read reports that there were issues with battery life but I never encountered it. The only issues I've had are with the case, when the case gets knocked around it might take the device our of alignment and then it might sync with your device (this also can drain the battery a bit). But most of the time this isn't an issue, and as long as I keep the case at hand, I can quickly correct the issue. I just hope the next set I eventually pick up fixes this one issue. Other than that, they are great.

If you are trying to exercise in any way shape or form, prepare to have them fall out or constantly feel like they are falling out. Super annoying. Also to have hifi listening you need a subscription to a hifi music app which sucks. The foam does not form to your ear like it should, it just gets sweaty and falls out

The WF1000XM4 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears to avoid headset from falling out. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal, and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

I found them very similar in quality with a slight edge to Bose in noise canceling. However, I went with Sony because of their added ability to customize touch responses, size, fit, and battery life. I've been using them to mow grass, run, and just general use around the house and I'm very happy with them.

They have some of the best noise cancelation out there since they use the foam ear piecethat helps the seal. The only bad thing I can say about them is that if you have small ears they're not very comfortable then. But for a majority of people they will be super comfortable.

The sound is amazing and the abilty to configure it is awesome. The tactile touch is a plus cause it doesn't push the ear buds into your ear. Also the speak to chat which will pause the music as soon as you start talking to some. The Google assistant is also amazing because it reads messages and notifications. The battery life is also really good. Touch contronls can be configured but are limited. Compared to the jabra 7 pro they are very limited. My only complaint is the fit. I tried thrid party ear tips, different sizes, but they were very uncomfortable and i just not get past the comfort.

When I was using them to speak to someone on the phone, other person didn’t hear has much background noise as other devices that I have tried. My only issue was that they didn’t stay in my ear when I would be moving around. They continuously would fall out my ear. So I returned them.

This is definitely not the news we'd like to hear from you. The WF-1000XM4 comes in various sizes of earbuds. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the earbuds that best fit and wear them correctly for a comfortable listening experience.
You may want to consider checking the WF-SP800N. These come with a soft-cushioned arc supporter and three-dimensional curved design ensure a secure, comfortable fit. So while you move, your headphones don’t.
