Using these with the Sony Headphones app with a fantastic equalizer and this makes the best sounding wireless buds I've tried (includes Soundcore Pro, Sennheiser Momentum, Jabra 85t, and others). I also replaced the Sony tips with Comply tips and I get great fit and great bass. Highly Recommended!! ps The pairing is instantaneous- as soon as the buds are out of the charger, the music starts playing. You van also customize what the finger touches control with single, double, and long hold on each bud.

They sound AMAZING, the features and the app are top notch. The only problem is fitment! They are very uncomfortable and couldn't get a good seal in my ears (even with the 3 different size eartips). They are big and don't fit well, the ears hurt. Every ear is different so you might give it a chance because they are worth the try. If they fit you, you will be very pleased and happy. Unfortunately, I had to return them because of the fit. I really wanted to keep them, but couldn't stand the weird fitment and discomfort. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds and the Galaxy Buds Pro are way more comfortable for me. Can wear them all day without any discomfort.

It is best to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. The noise cancelation is the best on the market. This is an earbud for meloman & thec savy, for the 1st time i find a earbud that really stays in my ears. The case is slick, & the charge last for quite some times. I love ❤️ this earbud, if you're in the market for a earbud i would recommend this one. I would also suggest buying them when they're on sale because @ $237 it isn't cheap.

Other side drains quickly too. Sony & bestbuy can’t fix issue. Brand knew these were great, best sound quality!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset is a high quality pair, they have a few short comings, one is the comparison to the samsung buds pro 2, sound quality is so comparable that you won't notice a difference, yet the samsung buds pro 2 are less expensive and the touch controls work identically on both buds, where the Sony pair has restricted options that make the right the dominate ear bud. The other undesirable aspect of the Sony set, is that they do not fit my ear well due to how large they are. I had to return them within 30 days after the right ear bud agitated my ear to the point it caused a sore.

They are comfortable and I like using them. But the left earbud battery gets used up at least 5x has fast as the right. Right now the left is at 10% and the right is at 74%. I’ve updated the software with no change. I’d recommend trying something else as I discovered this is a more common issue that it should be for a $300 set.

I’m a Truck driver I love the noise cancellation when in the warehouse yard and the ambient mode to hear the surrounding sounds while in traffic or at points of delivery dealing with customers. Had the Raycon work buds and these are similar but have a better hold in my ears lost one of the buds while unloading which I why I gave these a shot. Not overpowering loud but more than enough to zone out to my music or clearly listen to my QCode immersive story’s

The noise canceling is especially good. The only knock is that my ear channels are on the smaller side meaning that if i don’t make special effort to put thwm in securly they can wiggle out. That aside they are great earbuds which is why i bought them a second time.

Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

I was looking for in ear headphones that I could use for working out. As other reviewers have stated they are not comfortable. Just depends on how your ears are designed. Sound: The sound was good quality on par with the airport pro. Make sure you get the Sony App. Design: originally purchased the silver ones. They do look nice plus I did like how small the case was. Comfort: not comfortable at all. Tried the different eartips which you only get a small, medium and large. Tried doing the test to see how the sound test would go. Could not get it to say they were a good fit. After an hour wearing them my ears did start to hurt. I don't get that with the airpods.

Apple Air Pods are MUCH better

The main issue I have is the fit. Even with the different size ear pieces that come with this product, the fit is still not great. It’s the design.

Sounds good but battery issue

The right earbud's battery went bad pretty quickly that is why I decided to get a different earbuds. The noise cancelling is okay, the tips just doesn't fit properly on my ears and I cant get to stay on my ears while working out.
