I have used this set for a couple years and the sound is great. They are comfortable and I like using them. But the left earbud battery gets used up at least 5x has fast as the right. Right now the left is at 10% and the right is at 74%. I’ve updated the software with no change. I’d recommend trying something else as I discovered this is a more common issue that it should be for a $300 set.

Nothing compares, my friend argues that the seinheisser have superior sound quality but they dont come close to compact size, battery life, and ease of use. Pluse the price point is jusf right for the competition. I would choose these over pods pro. I am a android user over apple but i have a apple for work and these work fine with that too. The ear sorness goes away by day 3. Day one use them for 2 hours. Day 2 use them for 4. Then by day 3 your ears are used to them and you wont notice any discomfort from The pressure points.

I lost my last sony earbuds and decided to buy a new upgrade, and i was mind blown. The noise cancellation was shocking and great music quality. 100% recommend

A bit spendy, but really great earbuds! Noise cancellation very works well and sound quality is impressive. One caveat to be aware of: these will not fit if you have small-ish ears. My 13 year old son couldn't fit them in his ears with the smallest tip.

So I've noticed a lot of good reviews to which I agree with profusely these are easily the best true wireless headphones I've tried and I literally bought about every type in bestbuy tried them and returned them until these. One topic I haven't noticed is how easy these are to pair to any device in seconds flat always. So I connect these to my bluetooth desktop, bluetooth laptop, and my LG oled bluetooth tv constantly and then I'll re-pair them to my android constantly having noise canceling using my laptop or desktop in my room with air purifier AC and fan all blowing on max settings the WF-1000XM4 ANC literally silence over 100 db of noise pollution everything except what I'm watching, or the game I'm playing these things even work with discord for audio and voice on my desktop / laptop zero issue! In fact their so nice on my PC with bluetooth that when its last paired to my computer I can just pull them out put them on and instantly it will just connect and automatically they change my sound setting on my PC from my soundbar to the WF-1000XM4's automatically with me doing zero input and when I take them off it changes back to my sound bar instantly. Literally all you do is touch both earbuds for 10 sec then click bluetooth on your pc show devices click their name and you golden with discovery on it pops right up on the list select it and your good to go. Even more what impressed me was with my LG oled pairing with no problem pulled up bluetooth list on my tv sound options and low and behold there they were and its great at night when you want to be quiet with those earbuds being practically weightless compared to traditional over the ear headphones for a pc then on my cell phone it just pops right up quick connect one simple conformation and its connected. The audio for calls and music is superb active noise cancelation at work while on a business call in a loud environment these things shine. I talk very quiet ultimately from working in a call center for so long people tend to match ones voice tone so I developed this habit of being soft spoken and hard to hear. However with these no one every says they cannot hear me and or asks me to repeat myself.

Amazing sound quality and noise cancelling. But, after 2 hours it hurts my ears. Too heavy. Battery life could be better.

I heard such high reviews from this product, sometimes being considered the best in market of its kind and price range. I was surprised how much more I liked Pixel Buds Pro than this one.

Have them for a little while now, and they're incredible. I did end up switching to silicon tips, and that made the experience better. 100% recommend

The sound quality is incredible, especially when you adjust the settings via the sony connect app. I am comparing this to Air pods pro, which I also own. I believe this will be the best sound quality but the usability is where this lacks. Connecting automatically does not always work, I find myself turning off and back on the bluetooth for it to connect. It's not a good fit for my ears, when ever I ate they start to fall out and they just aren't as comfy as air pods. The noise cancelling is sub par, if the music is playing it works great but you need to have it up pretty loud. The ambient sound is great, when I don't want to take out the ear buds I just switch. Modes seem to switch quicker than air pods since it's a quick tap rather then touch and hold. Overall, I still prefer these over air pods pro due to the incredible sound quality.

great for flying, reduces loud plane noise significantly. Reduces noise similar to a fast celing fan. just a tap on the left to return to ambient sound.

Best ear buds with solid high quality sounds than other ear buds. Would get them again and highly recommend to family & friends, even has noise cancelling in it.

So far so good. i cant find anything wrong with them. They feel like they could become loose in the gym, but do not. The customizations are nice. These products tend to fail after 6-months so we will see how they soak....

So before I pull the trigger to get these amazing ear buds I read endless amount of reviews and checked out YouTube videos on some of of their reviews. Were they spot on to this point? YES! SOUND QUALITY The sound quality it's fantastic for such a small product it delivers clarity and great bass. Tweaking the EQ and using LDAC in your Bluetooth options of your headset is night and day great product! Sony does it again. PHONE CALL QUALITY I have been hearing a ton of reviews give an ok on the sound quality of calls and unfortunately that ks where this product falls a tad short but with that being said though is not unusable or they sound horrendous they just could of sound better then they do. This is not a major issue to hear who you are talking to or the person hearing you on the receiving end. This is GOOD! CONNECTIVITY Connectivity is not complex, simply put on both ear buds on, hold the touch pads on the outer part of your ear buds for about 5 seconds and you should get a prompt. Once that is done simply go to your connectivity and then selct Bluetooth section and they should come right up on your screen. GREAT! Now just download Sony's app and you're going to an infinite amount of options with your headset. Options I recommend OFF is adaptive sound control, speak to chat OFF as well, and voice assistant select DO NOT USE otherwise you will not be able to use each bud independently from one another only the right bud will work if option left on and left wont work without right ear bud. Option you should leave ON is Bluetooth connection quality and choose priority on soind quality in order to turn LDAC option. DSEE Extreme option is entirely up to you but it improves the soind quality if all music and sound vastly!!

I’m still getting used to them. Happy so far. Real good sound. I do think they’re costly. I have not tried cheaper brands for comparison. I bought another pair almost as costly but I was not at all happy with them. I returned those & got these.

Great wireless noise cancellation headphones. Great battery life! The only drawback is talking in busy areas (outside), people on the other end say it hard to hear; sounds like you are under water.

Worked well while they worked. Great lightweight alternative for work calls while WFH, and music during quick walks as opposed to my favorite WH-1000XM4. Key phrase "while they worked". Picked these up in 2022. Now they won't hold a charge in case or buds. While on a call, they do this odd thing. From 100% charge, then 5 min in, disconnects in and out of bt call, then beep, then "low battery". Then "about 10% battery remaining". beep. "Low battery". All while on a call. Never been dropped or damaged. Having second thoughts about buying again. And from what I've read, the wfxm5's are more or less an inferior product compared to the xm4s.

Got them to replace my airpods and they sound amazing i would say on par or better and the battery seems to last a bit longer
