Our WF100XM4 are supplied with different sizes of earbud tips so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. In designing these headphones, we also consider the ear canals sizes as it varies from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones for comfortable listening experience, we recommend selecting the right size earbud tips and wearing the earbuds properly.
- Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal

Almost perfect

However, i wound up returning for two reasons. (1) simply couldn't get past how uncomfortable they were. I wore them for 2 hrs and my ears were throbbing with pain. I typically wear large bids but this was even with the smalls. (2) I like to use one bud only and while you can do that with these you have to turn off a lot od valuable features like the assistants. I know there are good after market tips that can ease the pain but at $250 im not interested in investing and experimenting more. Everything else ia 5/5. Sounds, anc, transparency, connection, controls. All great.

Super High Quality Audio Res. 360 Audio compatible. The app is great as well to EQ your earbuds, its intuitive and helpful!. Back to the earbuds; they are comfy to wear and have on for hours. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.

Some reviewers have said this type of eartip was less comfortable, but after selecting your correct size from the 3 included, they are quite comfortable after a break-in period. Really versatile app with equalizer. Very good noise canceling with a choice to let in some ambient sound when walking, which is good for safety. Buds are not too large and case is small. Easily fits into pocket. Easy to pair. This is really worth the price.

Average Headphones for a hefty price

I had them for about a week and a half and already returned them. I would have expected more for the whopping price tag of $200. The audio was pretty good for listening, they sounded like regular headphones to me (that's probably more of a personal thing), and the phone call voice/audio was good enough (I expected more). But after having them for only a week, the active noise canceling started cutting in and out on its own. Not even touching them, they would swap between active canceling and non-active.

Without using noise cancelling and such that I don't like anyways these will literally almost go almost a full 10 hour shift for me. I take them off at lunch anyways and put them in the case and they are still over 60% at that point. Heck, even if they were under 50% just having them in the case during lunch would give them enough juice to be almost full. I love them.

Whether I am on the treadmill at cardiac rehab or just walking around the neighborhood, with the proper seal, ALL outside noise seizes to exist only to come back in the eerie few seconds it takes Spotify to progress to a new song. Many settings to delve into and highly customisable. Only gripe: Small ears can make these a challenge to get a good fit, initially.

They have a great sound quality. Pretty good on the comfort level. Also, it definitely cancels all the noise out, making you feel like is just you and your music. The only negative that I have experienced is that the touch sensor are too sensitive in my opinion. Sometimes when in the gym and my towel touches the earbuds it’ll change the sound or puts my volume up.
