No true VOLUME CONTROL so I had to ding them for that. Excellent sound and call quality is great. Pricey.

Before that i had the previous generation sony bud and my biggest complaint was connectivity. With these new buds its seems better but i will still lose connection from one ear and sometimes both. Or even have noise canceling drop from one ear. Other problems will include occasionally not having the touch pad respond to commands. Overall the best sounding buds in the industry. But bose had better noise canceling.

The only problem I had with them was the fit. Not the foam but the main plastic body of the ear bud. It was too big and made it sore.

I try not to use them too much because I like to take my headphones to work and my biggest fear is that I will lose them so I use my cheaper earbuds a little more. These are comfortable. They actually fit my ears. Definitely worth the money. I have the xm3 too and I love those too. Just they are too big. I chose these over the nose and I don’t regret it. Sony has never disappointed me.

However, the way you're instructed to wear the earbuds hurts my ears. If I adjust it, though, they sometimes fall out, which is frustrating.
