We do apologize for the inconvenience. We provide several sizes of hybrid silicone rubber earbuds so you can find the perfect fit for your ears to maximize sound quality and minimize outside noise. Also, the headset can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.

The noise cancelling was not that much of a difference. The noises that the xm4 are able to cancel, xm3 can do the same. The noises that xm3 can't cancel, xm4 can't either. It was just a matter of how much. XM4 was quieter to me, but that may be because the fact that it costed more and deep inside I would like to believe that it worked better. But I would still choose XM4, the main reason is that it takes sweat and rain while XM3 does not. I would not buy a $200 worth of headphones and have it break on me with some rain or sweat.

These guys have been through a lot from getting muddy from work, sweating from a good sesh at the gym, even survived a couple of washing machine washes, thought I was done? nah my dogs couldn't break these bad boys. The only damaged made was where you attached the earplugs.

The sound quality was lack luster. The battery life was decent enough, i will give it that. But the worst was just how horrendously uncomfortable they were! I couldnt have them in my ears for very long! Definitely returned them and stuck with the Galaxy Buds 2 pro. People may like them however for the base boost it has.

Sound is great but earbuds hurt after a while

You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue. Lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while helps fix this issue.

These certainly are NOT for you. Just over two years into owning these, my right earbud now only lasts for 30 minutes, while my left one remains near the same as when I putchased these. This battery issue is running rampant through alot of folks who have purchased this model. The previous model had the same issue, and i dont see any reason why thr xf5 wont have the same issues either. For what it's worth, for the sound quality by itself, is top shelf. You will not have a better sound experience with any other wireless bud on the market. Thay alone earns them 2 stars. Unfortunately the short lifespan keaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. I loved these and sony would have had me for life if i didnt spend 300 dollars to barely get 2 years out of these. Im not making the same mistake twice

Even aside from the swapping of devices, they are large and uncomfortable. I found myself constantly readjusting them and still never felt a good fit. When I talk, I have more bass in my voice and I could hear almost a tin can reverberation. It became frustrating at best. If you've used AirPods in the past (pro or otherwise) stick with them.
