Good while it last but battery sucks

Bought them Oct 2022 and in April 2024 1.5 years later the battery in the right earbud is so bad it can't last more than 20 minutes before draining itself and the case if battery. Right earbud overheats.

You can change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. Earphones are giving great sound, Bluetooth range is big so I don't get disconnected even if I'm far from my phone. Easy to wear, mostly at the gym, noise cancelling works great. The app is giving great features. Battery life is big, keeps my earphones almost 5 days without charging. Great job SONY A+++

I am very pleased with the sound and the optimization tech/feature gives these quite a boost in sound and dynamics. The app has a an ear analysis feature that tunes the headphones to your ear size. Do not overlook this as it makes a remarkable difference once activated. There is also an excellent equalizer within the app that has several presets and 1 manual and 2 customizable settings as well. Also a big plus! The audio optimization also lets you fine tune the sound to whatever streaming service you are using. A another huge plus!! The sound cancelling feature works very well when outdoors in windy conditions, otherwise, the ambient sound setting is the preferred one in my use. Sony has produced a great product here and I am always quite fussy and particular when it comes to headphones, but there are truly exceptional and a very good value!

Best Earbuds I've Ever Hd

I was reluctant to put so much money into a pair of earbuds as I've always been satisfied with a cheap pair but now can't go back. When my earbuds stopped holding a charge, Sony customer service gave me a new replacement pair. The time I had to use something else while they shipped me new ones was terrible.
