For me they are very uncomfortable and always feel as if they are about to fall out of my ear. Has some connection issues at times, cuts off, and disconnects. The sound is good, the controls are good, the app is good. Bought the liberty pro 3s and they are a game changer as advertised, certived 5 stars.

The WF-1000XM4 comes in various sizes of earbuds. Please select the earbuds that best fit and wear them correctly for a comfortable listening experience and to keep the headphones from falling out. For connection issues, please ensure you have the latest software installed. The software version can be updated using the Headphones Connect App. In addition, restarting or Initializing the headphones are also a recommendation.

Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

I wish they didn't hurt my ears, because they sound SO good. But I can't and don't. No in-ears feel good - they hurt after a couple of hours. Ear canals are not round, they are oval or oblong shaped. Companies keep making round ear-cup/canal things...they do not feel good. But, apparently I'm in the vast minority...because companies keep making round cups. But these do really, really sound fantastic.

I love the equalizer in the app. For me I just needed to punch up the bass and they're good to go, with amazing noise cancelling too

Awesome Earbuds!

They sound amazing! I listen to all different types of music and also use them to listen to the tv late at night and everything sounds so good, everything is so clear! ANC works really well, not perfect but they are earbuds after all and a lot better than anything else I've tried! I had the Original Galaxy Buds for the last 2 years and was happy with them, after they died I bought and compared these earbuds, the Galaxy Buds Pro and the Galaxy Buds 2. Even though these were a lot more expensive, it was worth every bit over the other 2! I also compared them to my wife's Bose Headphones and I was completely blown away by how these blew the Bose out of the water with ANC and overall sound quality! The app for the phone is easy to use and there's a lot of adjustments and fine tuning that you can make with the earbuds themselves in the app. Also pretty neat that the settings are saved to the cloud and will lock in when you connect it to other devices. I definitely recommend these!

The sound however is very lackluster, especially from a Sony product. Even with the ability to customize the EQ settings, I found the sound quality on par and sometimes below the AirPods Pro (that have been out for almost two years now). Another issue that I had was how sensitive the touch controls were. At times when I would adjust the buds in my ear it would either pause the music or turn on or off the noise canceling.

Not to mention the battery life lasts for days. My only issue with these earbuds is the size. Because of the size, it takes some adjusting to sit just right in the ear. I can wear these for hours with little to no ear fatigue.

Music is awesome, phone calls not so much

The audio from these buds is phenomenal and very impressive. The sound is clear and bass thumps. I am very impressed. Unfortunately, using these on phone calls or on a Teams meeting is terrible. The audio is fine for me but my voice is terrible. The caller can barely hear me or there is a lot of background noise. Useless in the airport. I even tried them alone in my room with no background noise at all and the caller complained about the background noise. I mistakenly believed the noise cancelation filtered both sides of the call but apparently the noise is not being filtered effectively to the caller. I have been through the settings many times but cannot find anything to improve the quality of the calls. I ran several tests comparing the mic using the earbuds vs the built in mic on my Surface laptop. My voice always sounded better on the Surface, even with music playing in the background. Very frustrating as I have colleagues who regularly wear earbuds on calls and I can hear them fine.
