Absolute headache

If you buys these make sure you get the best buy protection plan as sony does not cover "physical damage". The glue holding them together literally failed and there's this tiny ribbon connector with tiny gold pins came disconnected. No way I can put it back together myself and it costs $100 at the only certified repair facility in the country. I had something similar happen with my airpods pros and apple replaced them on the spot; no questions asked. Save yourself the headache. Also, the stock ear tips suck and you WILL need to replace them.

They're pricy, but I think it's worth it for an everyday use item like these. My one complaint is that I'm not the biggest fan of foam eartips, but I got a pair of AZLA XELASTEC tips to replace them and now it's a perfect listening experience

For other types of music the app lets you eq for those types and works really well for iPhone not as fast as AirPods or beats but really well for a Apple alternative. Easily sounds better than both in my opinion base on my sound and music preference.

The talk to pause feature is a game changer! No need to pause. Just start talking and it pauses on its own. Wait a few seconds without talking and it starts playing again. Fantastic sound and good bass.

I have been thinking that I am missing a setting or just have a bad set. Although noise canceling says that it is turning on, the amount of noise canceled while mowing the lawn is minimal. I even tried the larger ear tips but it did not help. I have not tried them on an airplane but I expect to be disappointed. I can still hear my office fan humming in the background. When I first got them I was disappointed in the sound until I adjusted the equalizer. They now sound beautiful!
