Which really makes me cry inside, because I have been waiting to upgrade my ear buds since the time the first rumor of the next Sony buds emerged. I don't mind the price tag which lot of online reviews seem to point as a negative (not so much for me) Why? Because they are really that good in terms of buds and case and everything. This earbuds could have been a run away winner but faltered in the comfort aspect. Which made me return these buds back :(

When wearing them, it is recommended to twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably. LADC on or off. Ear Buds connect to Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra using MQA USB Audio Player and Tidal Master tracks. I connect Ear Buds to Windows 11 Tidal app installed same issues. Using Sony Connected app adjusting the EQ setting same issues with the treble decrease. 5 hours listening auto powered off. Going to return item and tryout the Bose Flagship Earbuds

When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.

At this time I have two. Omplaints- 1-my right earbud has decided to intermittently ignore touch commands. And 2- Sony should have provided both small/med/large in comply eartips.

No fit issues for me though some say they are not as comfortable as some other buds but I find them to be the best fitting earbuds I've ever had. Perfect. They sound amazing too. Better than the Airpods pro which I have also tried. I also tried the pixel buds pro but they had latency issues when connected to my TV and everything was out of sync. These have no issue with that. They also didn't fit my ear as well as these do. I'm very happy with my purchase. I think I've found the perfect pair of earbuds for me. If your considering these then go for it. Especially at a discounted price.

Battery is defective

The left earbud battery lasts only 15 mins now with a fully charged battery. After some research I saw it was a common issue with other buyers. I tried to reach out to sony customer service via their chat and their agent just exited the conversation because he couldn't find a solution to my issue. Sony customer service is GARBAGE. Save your money try a different brand or cheaper earbuds.

Very good noise cancellation and sound quality. The Adaptive setting is annoying at best. It turns off noise cancellation in response to movement. That may be good outdoors so you are aware of cars, but does not make sense in a gym. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. Strongly recommend getting a third party case to protect the charging case these earphones come with and more importantly attach a bluetooth tracker since these small earphones are easy to lose or misplace.
