Manufacturers warranty last 1 year headphones stopped holding a charge 1 year and 2 months after purchase. The left headphone goes from fully charged to dead on 30 minutes. I would not buy again and probably will avoid all sony headphones going forward.

With noise canceling on, they sound like over-the-ear headphones. They also fit very well, they never feel like they're going to fall out. I also purchased the Sony WF-C700N for 1/3 the price and got a far better product! Save your money, don't by the WF1000XM4.

Here’s what I love: - The comfort of them. They come with three foam sized ear tips. If you want to know what they feel like they are similar to what construction workers stick into their ears or what people use at gun ranges very comfortable when you get the right size for your ear - For my usage the battery life lasts forever. I don’t usually have them in my ear for no more than 4 hours. - wireless charging capability with the case and it’s USB-C What I don’t like: - case is a little bulky but it’s not that terrible you’d get used to it. - king of wish the case wasn’t made out of plastic too. Other than that love everything about it and definitely would recommend these headphones over those AirJunk!!!

A Solid Improvement On M3s

Will not be buying Sony again

Unfortunately mine stopped holding battery for more than 2 minutes after only 16months. In addition, the return process has not been simple. I sent them to be exchanged 20 days ago and now i receive and update stating there’s no earbuds in the main warehouse so they will have to use a third party.

Unfortunately, the WF-1000XM4 does not currently support the Multi-point Connection feature. It can be paired with multiple devices at the same time, but unlike model WH-1000XM4: it cannot be connected with multiple devices at the same time. Hope this helps. -Sam

Our WF1000XM4 does currently not support Multi-point Connection. These doesn't have a default volume controller. You need to download the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app on your smartphone to assign Volume adjustment function to the touch sensor.

Terrible outgoing call quality. My first set died in under a year and was replaced by Sony no problem. That set has now died under a year with the right earbud not holding a charge for more than 20 minutes. Overall, pretty unimpressed by the lasting quality of these earbuds given the cost.
