I tried getting ahold of Sony because I was pond off by the geak squad and sony said they should have lasted longer than 1.5 years. They didnt nothing but pone me off to some company that wanted to charge the same price I paid for them when new. They sound great.

Good headphones but low volume

Until that they worked great but the only issue was the volume. I could not get a good amount of volume compared with the Bose quiet comfort. Since I only had them for a couple of days and I was planning to returned them and try a different pair (maybe these had a defect?) but my dog Coffee took care of them before I could exchange them I really don’t know. Hence I am giving them 3 stars only. I am sure they had an issue and they would have worked great. My suggestion they seem to be attractive to French Bulldogs so if you have one of these dogs then buy a different model.

amazing headphones that do not last

I wanted the ambient option & found that I really like the Speak-to-chat mute/pause function! I especially like that I can tap to resume or it will auto resume after 15sec of no-talk/silence. After a few months, the Left bud suddenly wouldn't hold charge. I alerted Sony & they replaced the set. Replacement has been going strong without fail.

I bought the buds to use at work and for the gym. I did not expect these buds to have good noise canceling. These are so good and easy to carry in the nice small carrying case i dont pull out my over ear headphones anymore. It passes the NYC commuter unwanted noise test! Just wish they came in all black so my supervisor cant see im tunning everybody out.

No volume control. Buttons sensitive. Too large. Decent sound but my old Jabra 75t’s are better and offer more controls/customization/noise cancellation. Go with something else. I like the airpod pro’s to watch with Apple TV solely due to spatial effects, however I’ll be sticking with my Jabra’s for everyday listening and waiting for the B&O EQs to come back in stock and will try those out along with Bower and Wilkins Pi5/7’s.

We regret to hear that these headphones haven't performed to your standards. In the factory settings, you cannot adjust the volume on the headset. Adjust the volume on the connected device. If you are unable to adjust the volume on the connected device, install the “Sony | Headphones Connect” smartphone app and adjust the volume in the app. When you use the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can also assign the volume adjustment function on the touch sensor of the headset. For optimum comfort, sound quality, and noise canceling function, make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Really wish a pair of earbuds as expensive as these came with at least extras. Used the previous model for over a year never had this issues.

Fantastic Sound Quality and Overall Perfomance

The sound quality of these earbuds is phenomenal and I’ve yet to have anyone tell me I sounded like I was “speaking through a wet sock” like with the Jabra’s. I was concerned that the touch controls would be problematic but they work well. So far I’m very pleased with the performance of these earbuds.
