However, after a couple of weeks it worked out. I guess earholes needed to open up ;) I love my wh xm4s but these are great for low profile convenience with decent quality

So nice you cant hear the wind outside. I have very small ears so I was able to hear a bit but its so worth the money!!!! Its a battle with the bose QC 2 but wayyyyyy better than airpods for sure!

The AirPods Pro that I had were my first dive into noise cancellation. When I upgraded to these I was not expecting such a drastic difference, but these are the real deal! I got 2 sets, one for work and one for home based on all the reviews I was reading at the time. After a software update the batteries would no longer charge to full. Left ear would only charge to 60% right ear only 70%. This happened to both sets. Now also drain rapidly and will only get a couple of hours, and the left ear runs out, then shortly after the other. Again this is in both sets of ear buds. Problem was not fixed after latter updates. The update permanently damaged the batteries. Sony refused to do anything to fix or replace. This was an obvious defect but I was a few months past warranty. So now I have over $600 paper weights. I ended up getting the Samsung pro 2 and they are great. No battery issues and I think they fit better in the ear.

The only issue was that after 10 minutes of running the touch function on the earbuds would not work. Very frustrating when you are on a multi mile run. I returned them for the Bose quiet comforts. Haven’t looked back

Surprisingly Comfortable, Noise Cancelling is A+

Despite their rather funny shape, they are remarkably comfortable. This is the one pair I can sleep on without ear pain. The noise cancelling is fantastic, in particular it almost completely silences a window AC unit in the home office. The "be aware" mode works perfectly with just a light tap to the left ear. Speaking of, all the controlling is very light taps, unlike other units where you have to loudly or painfully bang the thing into your ear canal to get it to respond. Also nice, it responds only to finger touch, meaning you won't accidently give it an input if you hit it with a shirt or touches against a pillow. Not sure how exactly but it knows the difference between skin and fabric touches. The audio quality is very, very good in music, movies, and games. (I use this unit for PC gaming sometimes).
