Though they only last for 6 hours with LDAC and ANC the case charges the buds up relatively fast

I switched to a longer lasting eartip from another brand, feels just as great and sounds almost as good (very slight difference) as the original tips. Only gripe i have is i can't turn off auto noise canceling, every time a high pitch noise is made like a horn it turns on noise canceling and off once the sound is gone.

The shifting of the ambient and turning music off is not as fine tuned as I would had thought. Getting them out of tue charge box is hard because the hard plastic on the buds dont have any give. I had the previous model. Im sad to say I liked the feel, the wear and sound way better.

I kept having to push them in my ear constantly, after about an hour of continued use and readjusting my ear started to feel discomfort and hurt my ear. Comfort plays a big role.

• If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset.
• Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.

Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

However, due to multiple issues I had to return them. The first issue was that the left earpiece went silent for some reason sometimes when changing albums. That was minor and resolved easily by removing the earpiece for a few seconds and putting it back in the ear. That solved it most of the time. The major issue was that the case sometimes just refused to charge. It was like it switched itself off and there was no way to turn it back on. No lights, the buds didn't register as charging or that they are in the case at all. Then it just came on on its own after 10 minutes or so. The third issue was that the ANC wasn't at all what most reviewers claimed to be. Call quality also wasn't that great in a noisy environment especially. I might've gotten a lemon, but it's hard to say because they are out of stock in every store close to me. Another issue was that they aren't that much better than my Galaxy buds pro. Certainly not $150 better.
