problems with right earbud

Sony has agreed to refund my in full, though, so that's a plus.

I was disappointed with my experience with the in-ear with connection issues with my smart TV. The size of the buds was also an issue for me. Could be great for people with large ears but I had to stop using after an hour since my ears were hurting too much.

Check if the headset is properly worn on your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones.

I find they seem to fall pretty easy. They also make a noise if you talk sort of like a ding. If you are the type to like to sleep with headphones these arent good for that.

For wearing the unit while sleeping, the size of these earbuds might not be ideal for everyone if you're trying to sleep sideways.
