While we are glad to know your satisfaction with the amazing sound quality and exceptional noise canceling feature of our WF-1000XM4, we are really sorry if you had encountered an issue with the right earbud, and that it had to be returned. That is not definitely not the news that we would like to hear.
For charging or power issues, some of these problems can be fixed by making sure that charging port on the charging case is clean. If any dust or dirt is in or around the charging port, it may not charge properly. We always recommend removing any dust or dirt with soft, dry cloth before charging.

It is recommended to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. Design flaw, steer clear

Right ear bud always ends up losing battery at double the rate of the left making their battery time only about 1 hour. Horrible quality for the price.

After all, I've had the over the ear whxm2's and whxm4's and they've been my favorite headphones... so I figured these would beat the AirPods Pro. Wrong! The only thing better about the Sony's is the ambient noise setting, due to the ability to have ambient music on in the background and hear people more clearly than with the AirPods Pro. Definitely not worth the extra money, especially if you have an iPhone. Also the Sony's had a lot of wind noise even with the wind noise reduction setting turned on, while out on the trail, which was slightly annoying.

Poor Noise Canceling Function

What a disappointment! (My comparison point are my Bose QC Earbuds True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Earbuds.) I have tried all the ear bud tips. I have tried using the Sony app on my Samsung S22+ phone. I have tried all the Sony tips for getting the noise cancelling to work with no success. (I even reset the buds.) The sound quality is good but the noise cancelling is just flat-out poor. I am returning these at this point.

worth the $ over airpod pros

I really hate bluetooth headphones. That being said, for bluetooth earbuds the sound is good. Clean low end, midbass is solid with no drone, highs are meh but they get the job done. Fit is great. Had ipod pros for about a year, always found myself adjusting them in the gym. These stay in place even if I am doing explosive movements like power cleans. 360 audio is neat. If you have tidal check it out. overall I'm impressed. I always disliked the airpod pros and these are a clear step up.
