This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. Despite the problem, we are glad that you love the outstanding sound quality and amazing noise canceling function of these headphones. For your issue, depending on the settings of various functions and the conditions of use, the speed of the battery consumption may vary between the left and right units, but this is not a malfunction. For the battery life, the usage hours may be different depending on the settings and conditions of use. Sony XM4s are exactly the hype. Best for a reason.

I work out and they stay in place. The foam tips take a little getting used to. The don't last a long time but decent. Tried other tips and none really do as well as the originals. Dekoni is the only ones close enough. But these have been getting rave reviews everywhere. I personally studied 2 weeks before pulling the trigger. 250 dollars on sale was a big purchase for ear buds. But so worth every penny.
