I have big ears so amy ear plugs can be difficult to work in my ears. However they seemed to work okay. ANC was really good as long as you had a proper seal in the ear. After a few month of owning them they began to have this horriable screeching sound to everything. Especially the highs of volcals it was to entense to deal with. Ultimately I returned them.

This is not the experience we want you to have. We recommend to update the headphones' software to the latest version. Doing so may resolve the issue.
When you use the headset while you are walking or running, the sound of vibrations may be heard through your body, but this is due to the characteristics of the product and not a malfunction. First earbuds for me that wants to learn your style. The box/case is very sleek and of course the buds are comfortable, they are like memory foam. I’ve experienced noise canceling but these are different. I have my AC on and I thought it cut off but it was the noise cancellation. The purity in the sound is so solid in cancellation mode. You can definitely do some ASMR with these. Lol They are comfortable as mentioned and they come with different size buds for your adjustment. You can tell Sony took their time with the design and quality. They easily connect and come with a quick quide. You will need to download the Sony app. The buds will adapt to your environment and learn you so when your at home, it will automatically play in the sound you want, and the same for when you go working out, etc. Its all in how you setup your sound. It connects with google assistant and/or Alexa. Nothing about Siri and I’m using an iPhone BUT I like Google assistant anyways. I do have the Samsung buds but those will be my backup. Sony did these right. That noise cancellation is the truth on these. Get’em!!
