Hi Isaac, We regret to hear about your experience with Sony WF-1000XM4 wireless in-ear headphones and that the unit had to be returned. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. WF-1000XM4 headphones come with different sizes of earbud tips. We always recommend using the right size of earbuds tips according to the size of the user's ears so that they will not fall off. Take note that the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
