Hu KevinS, While we're glad you like the overall features and performance of these earbuds, we regret to hear about the battery issue you're having. This is usually not the case for our headphones nor the experience we want you to have. While it is normal for the battery consumption rate to vary somewhat between the left and right earbuds due to function settings and conditions of use, a significant difference between the earbuds, when regularly used together, should not occur.

When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will also help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancellation effect.
