The app uses A I to detect what you are doing such as walking, talking , transportation or sitting to adjust the ambient or noise cancelling automatically. Game changer. Its worth it. The sound is so clean and deep bass. I recommend clear setting with bass boost +4

Right bud will not take a charge and the buds only last minutes then die. This is a known and documented issue. Sony has become very disappointing in consumer electronics

Great Earbuds Needs Extra Tips

Had Bluetooth drops the first few days but that was fixed with a software update. I do wish they came with extra tips beyond the one of each side for $280. Seems silly to pay $300 for earbuds and then have to buy new tips within a few months of use.

I did not like that they were too big and fell out of my ears. I have the Sony - WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones and I thought these would be similar but I was let down. I ended up getting the google pixel ear buds instead for a third of the price and am happy with those.

When wearing them, it is recommended to twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably.
