Not bad, but not as good as my Bose. Their App readlly didn't do much for the sound quality of the bass, sitting in a room that I am in all the time.

Bad Product and Warranty all around

The batteries on both pieces last less than 30 minutes use in less than one year. Contacted Sony, it has been back and forth for week, Sony try to make me giving up on the warranty.

Within 15 months, the battery on one bud was only lasting 1.5 hours and now the second bud is starting to diminish. For this price, that is not good.

Sound quality, noise cancelling...better than most I guess...but it's more than $300 after taxes. Not as impressive as the youtube reviews made it out to be. Also, my noise cancelling cut in and out after about 2 weeks of usage...ended up returning them.

To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection and to prevent the NC from cutting out and from losing connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection” using the Sony Headphones Connect App.
Also, make sure that the firmware version of the headphones is up to date.

These sound great and thays about where the postivie part of this review ends. The touch sensor only works 50% time and the noise cancelling is not that impressive. On a daily basis these dont work for me. I try to pause or skip music and the earbud wont react. I havw to pull out my phone to pause/skip songs. Very frustating and i usually want to take these out of my ear, spike them on the ground, and stomp them with a pair of boots on. Stay away and buy a betrer product. These cost way too much to have these simple problems
