Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ll start with the positives,feature rich, incredible connectivity, in both range and quality, and adequate sound quality considering the price; However the battery life, by which I mean service life of the batteries leaves much to be desired. I’ve had these for just about two years now and while I can’t recall exactly when they started to degrade, they only last around 30 minutes (a far cry from the advertised 8 hours new with noise cancelling enabled, even after sitting plugged in for over a day, maybe 45 with active noise cancelling/ambient pass through off and lower than average volume) with the built in battery life reminder no longer stating a full charge. You’ll probably find other reviews stating a similar claim. Had I known that for this price that I’d only get two years of service life, I definitely would have gone with something much cheaper.

Love these headphones.

Coming from the original samsung buds these are very similar as far as fit and size to me. Sound and everything is obviously much better as well as a more premium feel. Battery is amazing. I wear my headphones about 6 hours a day and my others wouldnt last all day but theses do with anc on. Little pricey but i would definitely recommend theses.

I wound up returning them because they only connect to one device, so it didn't work for switching between my phone and tablet like I planned. They're a little bit big too, so they feel like they may fall out. But the sound quality is amazing and I think you get used to the feel of them.

Amazing sound, bad battery. Keeps falling out.

Also battery worked great at first but after 6 months a full battery lasts less than 2 hours.

I really like having control on how to modify the EQ. I use the 'speak-to-chat' option... really comes in handy when at the office. It does take a few tries to get used to it. Excellent noise cancelling, I cannot hear coworkers talking around me when I am using these in my office. The battery life is great, I have not run into issues with it being out of charge like some of the competitor products. The case charges by USB-C and wirelessly. It also comes with an app that helps you customize the audio settings, which I highly recommend anybody getting these earbuds to do. I have recommended these to a bunch of my friends and family. Money well spent.

Amazing earbuds!

The ANC is amazing and so is the sound quality. Sony did an amazing job with these earbuds. I am very pleased with this purchase. I fell asleep with these on and even laying on my sides the sound did not come out muffled. The speak to chat function is nice as well it's great that I do not have to take out my earbuds to listen or talk to someone as that function takes care of it. You can also turn it off if you talk to yourself occasionally.

Amazing Sound Quality for True Wireless Earbuds

My AirPods Pro suffered from static issues within a year, so I looked for a suitable alternative. While the Sony wf-1000xm4 are more expensive, and integrate less perfectly with apple systems, their sound quality goes far above and beyond that of most other wireless earbuds I have had. The app, while not perfect, has excellent EQ Settings, and most aspects run smoothly. One complaint is the touch controls. Too often have I pushed them back in, and had songs skip, pause, or the noise cancelling switch off. I got used to it, and pressed on the brass part instead, so essentially a non-issue.

Using these with the Sony Headphones app with a fantastic equalizer and this makes the best sounding wireless buds I've tried (includes Soundcore Pro, Sennheiser Momentum, Jabra 85t, and others). I also replaced the Sony tips with Comply tips and I get great fit and great bass. Highly Recommended!! ps The pairing is instantaneous- as soon as the buds are out of the charger, the music starts playing. You van also customize what the finger touches control with single, double, and long hold on each bud.

They sound AMAZING, the features and the app are top notch. The only problem is fitment! They are very uncomfortable and couldn't get a good seal in my ears (even with the 3 different size eartips). They are big and don't fit well, the ears hurt. Every ear is different so you might give it a chance because they are worth the try. If they fit you, you will be very pleased and happy. Unfortunately, I had to return them because of the fit. I really wanted to keep them, but couldn't stand the weird fitment and discomfort. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds and the Galaxy Buds Pro are way more comfortable for me. Can wear them all day without any discomfort.

It is best to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears.
