The problem is that there's some sort of cliche that after a while they stop holding a charge. I've had mine for a little less than 1.5 years and the batter drains after 30 minutes of use, even when 100% charged. I've read other reviews and it appears to be a common problem. Don't buy these without an extended warranty!

I bought my spouse some & he likes them. Overall I like the headphones because they're good & have both good sound for calls + music. It's hard to find headphones that are good for both calls & music/sound. As suppose to having to buy 1 pair of headphones for music & another pair of headphones for phone calls. The only problem that I had with the headphones is that they're big for a woman's ear canal & a little bulky. I like something small, light and fitting for my ear canal.

Great sound, but fall out of my ears

Perhaps my ears are too small for earbuds because my Samsung did the same. The only ones that seem to work well are the wraparound.

Amazing Sound Quality for True Wireless Earbuds

My AirPods Pro suffered from static issues within a year, so I looked for a suitable alternative. While the Sony wf-1000xm4 are more expensive, and integrate less perfectly with apple systems, their sound quality goes far above and beyond that of most other wireless earbuds I have had. The app, while not perfect, has excellent EQ Settings, and most aspects run smoothly. One complaint is the touch controls. Too often have I pushed them back in, and had songs skip, pause, or the noise cancelling switch off. I got used to it, and pressed on the brass part instead, so essentially a non-issue.

Amazing earbuds!

The ANC is amazing and so is the sound quality. Sony did an amazing job with these earbuds. I am very pleased with this purchase. I fell asleep with these on and even laying on my sides the sound did not come out muffled. The speak to chat function is nice as well it's great that I do not have to take out my earbuds to listen or talk to someone as that function takes care of it. You can also turn it off if you talk to yourself occasionally.

Best Sounding True Wireless I've Tried

Using these with the Sony Headphones app with a fantastic equalizer and this makes the best sounding wireless buds I've tried (includes Soundcore Pro, Sennheiser Momentum, Jabra 85t, and others). I also replaced the Sony tips with Comply tips and I get great fit and great bass. Highly Recommended!! ps The pairing is instantaneous- as soon as the buds are out of the charger, the music starts playing. You van also customize what the finger touches control with single, double, and long hold on each bud.

They sound AMAZING, the features and the app are top notch. The only problem is fitment! They are very uncomfortable and couldn't get a good seal in my ears (even with the 3 different size eartips). They are big and don't fit well, the ears hurt. Every ear is different so you might give it a chance because they are worth the try. If they fit you, you will be very pleased and happy. Unfortunately, I had to return them because of the fit. I really wanted to keep them, but couldn't stand the weird fitment and discomfort. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds and the Galaxy Buds Pro are way more comfortable for me. Can wear them all day without any discomfort.

It is best to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. If you were sitting in a chair motionless, it would probably be great, but I can’t imagine them staying in your ear if you’re doing anything other than that.

Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.

I was looking for in ear headphones that I could use for working out. As other reviewers have stated they are not comfortable. Just depends on how your ears are designed. Sound: The sound was good quality on par with the airport pro. Make sure you get the Sony App. Design: originally purchased the silver ones. They do look nice plus I did like how small the case was. Comfort: not comfortable at all. Tried the different eartips which you only get a small, medium and large. Tried doing the test to see how the sound test would go. Could not get it to say they were a good fit. After an hour wearing them my ears did start to hurt. I don't get that with the airpods.

The noise cancelation is the best on the market. This is an earbud for meloman & thec savy, for the 1st time i find a earbud that really stays in my ears. The case is slick, & the charge last for quite some times. I love ❤️ this earbud, if you're in the market for a earbud i would recommend this one. I would also suggest buying them when they're on sale because @ $237 it isn't cheap.
