Functions from touch aren't as responsive as others. Ear pad deteriated. Cracked and looked quite worn within 60 days. Needs replacing. Water resistent impressive.

Decent audio but bass is a little spotty

Bass is lacking for what i prefer but that's common for most smaller earbuds in my experience. The touch controls are very finicky so they can be hard to adjust or take out without propmting an action.

Battery bad after couple years

Worth the upgrade from previous generation

The noise canceling worked better than expected when sitting behind the engines on a long flight. These are lighter and more comfortable as well for me. I have the 1st Gen, and they did the job, but these are worth the upgrade. I also have to say they fit well, are solid, and seem to have the best material at the inserts that I have experienced.

Phone calls are not good when you’re in a noisy environment Pros - noise cancellation is the best I’ve heard from earbuds. Sound is great, definitely better than airpod pro, but you have to find good eq settings to really bring out the sound, otherwise you won’t think its that great for the price. I recommend going to YouTube to find good eq settings as I did (some asian guy made a video) Fit….some people claim it hurt their ears, that wasn’t the case for me. I went to the smallest foam tips that come with it, and I have no complaints, it stays in my ear comfortably even while exercising and sweating Only real drawback is the phone call quality, still a good product overall

Some difficulty putting them in ears and keeping them in. Also, some difficulty removing them from the case in which they are charged.

Our WF100XM4 are supplied with different sizes of earbud tips so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. In designing these headphones, we also consider the ear canals sizes as it varies from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones for comfortable listening experience, we recommend selecting the right size earbud tips and wearing the earbuds properly.
- Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal

Almost perfect

However, i wound up returning for two reasons. (1) simply couldn't get past how uncomfortable they were. I wore them for 2 hrs and my ears were throbbing with pain. I typically wear large bids but this was even with the smalls. (2) I like to use one bud only and while you can do that with these you have to turn off a lot od valuable features like the assistants. I know there are good after market tips that can ease the pain but at $250 im not interested in investing and experimenting more. Everything else ia 5/5. Sounds, anc, transparency, connection, controls. All great.

Some reviewers have said this type of eartip was less comfortable, but after selecting your correct size from the 3 included, they are quite comfortable after a break-in period. Really versatile app with equalizer. Very good noise canceling with a choice to let in some ambient sound when walking, which is good for safety. Buds are not too large and case is small. Easily fits into pocket. Easy to pair. This is really worth the price.

When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
