If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the headset. Noise Cancelling/Too Large for Small Ears

If you wear the foam ear buds. If your ears are too small then they can hurt. So I purchased different ear buds without the foam and over 50% of the noise canceling disappeared. They are too large to lay on for sleeping as well as if you have smaller ears. I had to return mine since they just didn’t work for me. But if you have mid to larger ears. You’ll be golden.

Over hyped

I guess with all the hype, I was disappointed. I mean, I guess I was expecting out of this world noise canceling and awesome sound. I can honestly say my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro sound better, and my Airpods have better noise canceling. Maybe its because I'm not an audiophile, but for the average ears like mine, less expensive earbuds sound better. If its pure sound you're looking for, get the Senheiser Momentum 2's. These are great if priced around $189. But competing against stiff competitors at that price.

Have you downloaded the Headphones connect app? it has equalizers and settings you can adjust or customize to fine tune your music. You can also adjust the noise canceling function and Ambient Sound Mode (ambient sound control) depending to your preference.

Superb wireless earbuds!

These improve on everything!! The noice cancelling is great even at low volumes. Comfortable fit and very light weight. The music sounds amazing and without the outside noise it’s easy to get lost into your tunes. The charging time is very impressive. Had them for a week now and very very happy with them.
