As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal, and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably. For the proper sound quality, please make sure that headset is properly worn on your ears. Using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app allows you to customize the equalizer setting to tailor fit the sound according to your liking. Great sound, adaptive sound was buggy

Sound quality wise, these are better than the Galaxy buds pro. Its a cleaner sounding iem with more control via sony's app Build and fit is also pretty good. The galaxy buds pro fit my ear shape better but the these fit my ear canal better. Feature wise, the sony had better anc but also dropped out here and there. Also the adaptive sound would randomly change. Probably a software bug, but the Galaxy buds pro were a better experience.

You can’t hear a thing when it’s active. These are simply incredible. Down fall out or mow at the gym. And amazing while cutting grass. Pricey, but worth it. Would definitely buy again.
