The software that pairs with the earbuds help make the listening experience extra personalized. The only issue that could result is a little discomfort as the shape of the earbud isnt best suited for prolonged periods of time.

You can hear more clarity from instruments with these headphones. They do a pretty good job staying in your ear, but I wouldn't use them for jogging. Great for those that favor sound quality above all else.

Get these or if you can afford the new XM5s, get those instead. I've had mine for a couple years and replaced them entirely once on warranty. If and when my current pair gives out on me, I'll be getting the XM5s

Now supporting LDAC & new new bone conduction design, there is much more detail, and a more sound stage (this is the opinion of a Sennheiser HD800s owner). The foam tips are very effective, but may require some adjustment. I found that the Spinfit 360 tips work as well, and a nice fit. The active noise cancelling is second to none! The ambient setting works very well. I've also used these for phone calls with little probelm. One bit of advice, whenever it is paired with another device, the LDAC settings might be reset to AAC. Otherwise, these are the best Bluetooth ear phones I have ever owned.

Best ANC in-ear headphones to-date

No, they are not cheap, but the sound is great. Would I like a bit more bass? Sure, I'm a bass head. But with some changes in the Sony Headphones app (which I recommend) these are very close to what I love.

Very Good Headphone, but do not last

Over time the headphones needed to be charged more frequently to the point where this they do not last longer than 1 hour on a full charge. Tried contacting support and had to speak to 2 different reps for them to admit that this is a known issue with this model. To make matters worse the serial # is only located in 2 places. 1. on the carrying case where after normal wear and tear will rub of 2. On the paper that wrapped around the packaging that must be removed in order to open the box despite the poor placement of the serial number Sony support will tell you your only option is to buy a brand new pair. With this being a known issue, I would not recommend this product, but if you do decide to buy them make sure you save the serial number in a safe place because these headphones WILL NOT LAST

I wish they were more comfortable to wear, because the audio quality was very good. Good battery life as well. I did try different tips, even some silicon ones, but I ended up returning due to the pain caused when wearing for more than about 15 mins. Most reviews comment the same.

When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
